This is most definitely not a family resort. The hotel was appalling, my children could not eat there and although we was all inclusive we had to eat out every day. The hotel is 90% Russian people and they cater just for them in terms of food and entertainment. One evening my 5yr old son was playing on an entertainment machine outside in the grounds, the hotel staff came out and said we were making too much noise although it was only 10pm! Another member of staff proceeded to come over and unplug the machine, although my partner had just put money in it. My son began to cry and my partner then said that was unfair, especially to treat a little child like that. The member of staff who claimed he was security, then pulled a police baton out and started waving it at my partner and said if we didn't go to our room he would hit him. It was absolutely appalling behaviour, especially infront of my two children who were distraught. Our holiday experience was a nightmare!!! Could not wait to be home in England.

7 day holiday spent more money looking else where for food to avoid food poisoning aswell as a urinary infection from the pool .

Raw and cold served up on a day to day bases. Blood from chicken the main concern in regards to food. Serving up the food from the previous night and constantly cold. Heating stations turned on when food is placed in them to safe on energy I guess. This is resulting in a top up meal at least 2 times a day at the bar across the road that has a nice selection of turkish meals.

Inside pool never open even during the 2 days of rain which is probably a good thing as the outside pools look disgusting and haven't been cleaned, filtered or ph tested during my stay once.
The slides being turned on vary from when they remember there meant to be on out side of the pitiful time allocated to them. This pool seems to be the dirtiest as there is layers of grime build up that can be carved out with a finger nail.

The bars are semi open depending on many factors from the staff being untrained , ignorant and just to stubborn to serve some one politely trying to ask for a drink aswell as thanking them.
The guy on the bar that wears a leather faux jacket is the worst maybe the language barrier but he refuses drinks or plays dumb.
The girls are and the suave guy are probably the best as they are always smiling and polite regardless of their terrible working conditions .

One of the young lads clearing the pools was raiding some ones wallet the one day that he found rather then turn it in to the reception to which my friend suggested they took it to the reception desk. The following day the same young lad was clearing the tables by my lounger and he started demanding a tip for which I'm unsure as it was neither my rubbish or my job to do his work for him. ( I clear my own rubbish and don't expect a tip from the hotel staff.)

Severely neglected
The wood attached to the raised bit of the pool area mainly the bridge is severely water damaged to the point of touching it results in pieces crumbling off.

Cake service as detailed on the daily schedule hasn't happened.

Chefs or what ever meant to be in their apparent white t-shirts have little to no training . Showing signs of frustration when they have to cook a fresh batch of food while smoking just out side of the area they are cooking food.
Arguments amongst chefs happening frequently.

Running out of beer and syrup for drinks .

Their is hardly any mention of the gym which is some ways isn't to bad be it a little run down.

Free weights up to 10kg dumbells ez bar with random weights up to aboit 25kg each side. bench, multi gym, running machine and cross trainer

Tennis court is inaccessible as it's over grown and as a result neglected .
The outside gym area is quite good but over run again with growth .

The kids park is neglected and fun down.

The beach connected to the hotel is 5 minutes walk with food, cold fizzy drinks and hot drinks available.

Wi-Fi can be hit and miss depending on time and location . I found the balcony and the adjacent floor to be the best if not the bar across the road has free connection if you ask for the password .

Music comes and goes depending on who is working entertainment staff wise.

Always pushing for night out at the club in alanya before other entertainment is mentioned .

Furniture in the pool area is disgusting and heavily damaged.

We had a series of issues with the management staff in the hotel and with our travel agencies, that compromise our vacation. Arriving at the hotel we notice mold over all the wall in our hotel room and dirty all over the room. I had asthma and spending 10 days in that room would cause health issues for me. We report this in after we arrive for the nigh help desk and he was unable to solve, and request of us to solve during the morning. In the morning we spoke with the manager and our report intensify quickly over us, we propose to pay more for a room upgrade or request a cleaning process. But as he said the room was fine and had been cleaned before we arrived. We try our travel agent and his proposal was to pay more 600 EUR per day for another hotel that looks more the same of ours, he presents this as our only option closing the door in our nose. We rented a car on our own visit to the local cities and park, tried to get the most of it. The food in the hotel was terrible and the staff turned out to be aggressive over us.

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY HERE.
The whole hotel is filthy. The food is terrible. Most produce unsafe to eat. Food is dirty. Fruit today was mouldy. Nothing like as advertised. Drinks bar are only open set times. No crisps, ice cream or snacks freely available as advertised.... so much for all inclusive. We also can not use the spa or relaxation area as this is extra. Also stated all inclusive... There is also a stray dog & even she wouldnt eat the food so thst shows how bad it really is... Whole hotel smells & is generally in bad condition. All around the pool is broken tiles, broken drains with no covers over some bits and the top of the pool above water level is yellow/grime. There is no lifeguard & slides are only running for 30mins am & 1hr 30mins pm. Despicable place. If this place existed in the UK it would be shut down. We are a disabled family & this plsce does not seem suitable for a wheelchair user... Very dangerous steep ramp on entrance/exit. We are here for a further week but can not wait to leave this place. No stars given from me at all.

Rooms are ok, rest everything is nowhere closer to be called 3 star either. Never take All inclusive deals here. Beach is around 500m from the hotel and is not a nice beach. Food is ok for meat eaters. For vegetarians do eat here at all, get self catering somewhere else. Some of the Drinks (alcohol) gets finished within 10 mins of opening of for the lunch/dinner.
Most of the rooms towards see doesn't have very good view. Managers are not helpful, specially in busy season, I think. Slides doesn't work mostly. Only cater to Russian guests, I felt. In house facilities are useless. Always buy tours, spa or trips etc outside. We went end of June, this year for 7 days.

Was here for 3 weeks & wasn't once acknowledged by the staff on reception....the colleagues in the restaurant were friendlier ..however the food on offer was not the best .would not come back to this hotel however love the area & the weather was fantastic
