Our family vacation—three adults and a 4.5-year-old child—took place from October 6, 2021, to October 17, 2021. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 a.m., filled out some forms, and were given a room card. We asked for a second one, which we received without a deposit. Our room was in the building where the reception is located, on the first floor (1114) (the windows overlook the parking lot at the main entrance to the hotel). It was a two-room suite. It was spacious and quiet, and we couldn't hear the music from the disco. We had no complaints about the housekeeping; they spun swans with rose petals several times. The minibar was refilled daily, but we didn't have time to drink it all. We had no complaints about the food or alcohol—they poured the alcohol from bottles, and they opened new ones in front of us. The chefs cooked delicious food, and they served grilled fish stewed in sauce every day, which was delicious. There was even some fish that looked like it had been hot smoked. Several times a week, there was seafood—squid with mussels, and some kind of seafood platter. Meat for every taste—the most tender lamb, beef, cooked in various variations, turkey, chicken, and lula kebab. Vegetables, various salads, and cold appetizers were plentiful. At lunch, there were two soup options; I really liked the lentil one. The selection of sweets was extensive, and the baklava was beyond praise. Overall, the food was varied and delicious. Regarding the entertainment, I saw that there was adult entertainment, but it wasn't intrusive. Unfortunately, there was no children's entertainment, maybe because it was the end of season... In the evenings, they put on shows in the amphitheater, and there was a disco in a designated area on the way to the beach. As for the beach itself, it's sandy and pebble, but there are some large rocks in the sea, so you need to be careful. There were always plenty of sun loungers; we never reserved a spot in advance; we just showed up and chose. There was a bar by the beach serving drinks—juices, tea, coffee, cola, Pepsi, ayran, and beer (Efes, delicious, by the way). They also made gozleme flatbread. There was a snack bar by the pools, and you could easily have lunch there. The ice cream shop was open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Overall, the hotel left a good impression—it's always clean, the grounds are constantly cleaned, and it's a pleasant stay. The staff is attentive, and it's clear that management is committed to ensuring that their employees fulfill their duties and that the hotel is in good order. All anti-COVID measures are observed. It's a good hotel, I highly recommend it!

A wonderful hotel for a family vacation. Situated right on the beach, yet within easy reach of Konakli's downtown with shops, malls, and the bazaar, it has a huge beach with a good entry into the sea and several pools with slides for both children and adults. The grounds are very beautiful, green, and well-maintained. Everything is perfectly clean. The staff is absolutely superb, both the maids and waiters. Our room was cleaned every day. The restaurant always had a large and varied selection of dishes. The only downside is that the refrigerator in our room didn't work properly. I definitely recommend it.

Overall, I really liked everything. The grounds aren't huge, but they're beautiful and well-maintained. The pools vary in depth and water temperature, and the kids loved the slides. The bars use only locally sourced drinks, though the bartenders can be lazy and don't stick to the cocktail recipes, pouring them at their own discretion and feigning ignorance when criticized. I have no complaints about the food at all. There's always fish, various kinds, beef, chicken, turkey, and lamb every 2-3 days. The sea is fantastic, there were always plenty of sun loungers. There are a couple of underwater rocks, but I recommend carefully exploring their location on your first day and then swimming around without fear of bumping into them. The only thing I can't understand or forgive is the lack of proper Wi-Fi. For the first time in many years, I've encountered a hotel that doesn't have it (except in the lobby of the Select building). It's simply nonsense; it's the Stone Age to buy internet in a 5-star hotel. And this really spoiled the experience, since I still want to be constantly connected to the outside world. I hope the hotel management will draw the right conclusions and not just give me a standard response of "thank you," etc.

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful buildings. It's surrounded by several pools. The sea is nearby. The beach is fine gravel, the sea is deep, and the water has larger pebbles. The food is good and varied. There are plenty of sweet dishes and a variety of salads and fruit. The staff is polite.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, the initial first impression of the hotel is good but this is not a 5 star hotel. Room was basic and needs some attention, shower doors let a lot of water out and the actual hose leaked. The hotel needs a bit of touching up in most places, there were cracked tiles all over and areas that needed some tlc. Food was ok, but a lot of it was very bland. Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic. Staff around the hotel not the friendliest and would stand and chat amongst themselves whilst you waited for a drink. WiFi in the hotel was appalling, max speed of 5mps, and that’s when it actually worked. It would always drop out and you could never get a constant stream. Would not return to this hotel and feel that the 5 start rating is way off.

We have just got back from the Royal Garden hotel and I can honestly say my family and I have had the best time. Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept. There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could. Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available. Highly recommend the spa. We ended up going twice. The Turkish spa experience was one to remember. My little one loved the playground. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to stay in kids club but this seemed well run. Secondly, Husky and Azat from the entertainment team were one of our highlights. Two wonderful, happy and friendly guys who my children came to adore and would seek out. They made us all feel so welcomed and valuable. They would find the time to play with our children, chat to us and even waved us goodbye. In my opinion, they need to be highlighted and put on a higher pedestal! If management read this…please give them men a raise! They are an asset to your team. Thirdly, beach was pleasant. Waves were rough so I didn’t feel confident to swim in the sea but it was lovely to get down there for an hour or so to put our feet in the water. Sunset was beautiful So I would recommend getting down there to watch it. Entertainment in the evening could be improved. Kids disco was poor. My son was keen to go but there were not any holiday songs that he could get involved with as it was aimed more to the European cliental. The shows weren’t great. We were very hot in the theatre so did not want to stay long. Love music and white night were fantastic. Kids loved the foam party as well as the kids festival morning. These were highlights for them. Entertainment was available during the day but, again, repetitive. They could do with a rota of changing activities to make each day feel different. Food was okay. It did the job. It did become very repetitive, especially breakfast. My friend is a vegetarian and it was very limiting for her. My son is fussy and did not enjoy most meals. What I ate was nice and thought it was enjoyable. Beach bar pizzas were incredible and the Turkish a la carte was phenomenal. Highly recommend booking there! Kids loved the ice lolly hour and the waffles! Got us into a little routine in the day. Overall, the hotel was clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault it. The room need need to make some tweaks such as thicker quilts/ sheets as the air con is so cold at night and we had a very thin sheet to share between two and the shower door needed fixing but minor things that would not affect our holiday. All in all, we have had a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend booking this hotel for y

Just came back from a week stay at royal garden beach. Honestly couldn't praise this hotel enough, everything was immaculate, modern, stunning decor, well thought out and was better than I expected! Room was clean, modern, very good WiFi, mini bar included stocked daily. The grounds were beautiful, constantly being tidied, cleaned, plants watered. Impressive food and drink services, multiple bars including snacks at certain times of the day. Food was really good for an all inclusive buffet, something to cater for everyone, my only complaint was the deserts weren't great but that wasn't really a big deal for us. Staff were amazing in the restaurant, really quick to collect plates when done and always someone asking if you would like another drink. I would like to mention Elif one of the lovely staff members who really made my two daughters time at the hotel special, always chatting to them, making them paper napkin flowers, making a fuss of them, she is a credit to the hotel!! The pools are fantastic, couldn't believe the variety, water slides and pools appropriate for every age and swimming ability, the water slides were fab and lifeguards really vigilant but friendly! The hotel really has everything you could need in one place including private beach with bar, al a carte restaurants, arcade, spa ( really reasonably priced 2 hour turkish bath and massage was amazing), hairdresser and some really adorable stray cats. Azat and the entertainment team were really attentive! Saying hi and checking in daily and letting us know what's on that night. Entertainment itself was fantastic, bubble disco and gymnastic show were absolutely amazing and a mini disco for the kids most nights! Honestly the best holiday I've had in a very long time! Would 1000% return.

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June. The place is beautiful, the food was also good and plenty, the waiters and waitresses were very kind, and also the boss/head of the restaurant were very kindly. Almost every day was programs for childrens and adults, and from 20:30 o’clock was mini disco and from 21 o’clock was programs for children & adults, too. And of course a lot of thanks to the animators, who also were very kindly, and I would like to mention their names: Aylin, Rano, Husky, Azat, Bekir, Nicola, Sofia, Lenka, Sahin, Murathan, Amine, Sinay & Falcon. I just recommend to everyone who would like have some beautiful moments and of course after then some beautiful memories. Joseph from Romania.

Stayed at this hotel for a week with my 2 children and partner, we were abit disappointed with the drinks. They aren’t freshly made cocktails and they are very limited on what they have. They are literally just poorer from a bottle. Down at the beach bar you could only get wine or beer and be careful it’s advertised to be a beach hotel yet you have to cross a road. We saw a big snake down on the grass at the restraint! Not many English family’s here at all. I think there was like 1. That we saw and the staff also speak very little English. No evening entertainment on a Sunday , we asked staff for a bat to play ping pong and apparently we couldn’t have one because it was Sunday. No fun on Sundays aloud. The entertainment I found abit rubbish anyway , no bar near it and extremely loud music The kids pool with the big slides is extremely slippy. My kids fell over about 100 times! Also do not leave your stuff by the pool when your swimming with your children because someone stole my sons brand new genuine crocs and replaced them with there old scruffy fake ones that were obviously to small for my son. Reception couldn’t do anything about it because apparently there are no cameras at the small pool. At reception , my partner also heard someone else speaking in Russian about their items being stolen to! You can only get ice cream at certain times think it’s about 2 or 2.30 and the queue is massive , all though you can buy one from shop near the pool for 3 euro each so I just did that for my 2 when ever they wanted, great for a 5 star hotel never known anything like this. The floor in the rooms were dirty my kids feet were black, I was having night mares most evenings due to being concuss it was dirty! My daughter ended up with bald patches from having her hair braided with the fake coloured hair in it. You wait about a hour for the lift to go to the restraint in the new building. I did have a Turkish bath and massage and it was really nice I couldn’t fault that! also you only get one room key so you can’t leave your airconditioning on, we had to ask for another. Do not like the fact that my children’s bed were right next to the balcony door and they also didn’t fill my mini bar up everyday and when id asked for some extra drinks for it they said ‘tomorrow we will bring’ , good 5* hotel The food is basic, same things every evening. Also queus do get very big in the one near reception. No one brings drinks round and I thought they did in most 5*, disappointing. The pizza down at the beach is nice bur you have to queue for at least 30 min and there’s a-lot of flies on them to that i noticed that put me off! I must say the best day we had was when we went out all day we did a boat trip. We got Told it was a private transfer and we did quite a lot of pick ups to say it was meant To be private. The driver was wrecked nearly Ran about 3 people over at ‘zebra’ crossings and also just casually on his phone whilst driving. Ended up getting stu
