Thermal hotels in Turkey

Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

This is a very friendly and wonderful hotel. All the staff listened to us sincerely to fulfill our requests. We would like to express our highest praise and gratitude to the restaurant floor manager and many other staff members. We will remember this hotel when we see the caramel pudding. The service at the spa, mini shop, cafe, and of course the front office was excellent and we recommend this hotel...

It is very beautiful place to visit i have go there every year

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Perhaps one of the best hotels in the Pamukkale area. For over a decade, we’ve always stayed here whenever we visit Pamukkale. Parking is plenty. We used Basaranlar Termal as an overnight stay to break up a long drive, and wanted to try a Termal resort. We knew each villa had its own private thermal pool/hammam-like bathroom. Such a great treat for tired muscles. The actual villa is also heated thermally...which made it quite warm. We balanced with open windows to reach our temperature taste. I went in the winter during the covid pandemic. We were disappointed to find all the children's facilities out of order. I imagine Granos is much more fun during the summer when everything is functioning well.

I loved this place. It's unique and the baths in each room were incredible. Staff didn't speak English but we worked through the language barrier. Definitely worth a night or two visit.

Good service good products and friendly staff

For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. Also the breakfast options are limited. Swimming pool very bad condition and water is discoloured. The stuff is very helpful and friendly

I adored that in this hotel there is a termal pool! And after my arrival I had a little exursion Ibrahim helps me with my luggages and showed the place. So there is a termal pool only for woman! Hotel personnel were very kind and fulfilled our kind demands and we are satisfied on that. On the other hand the air conditioning unit was not operational, the rooms had a smell from the thermal water... and music was too loud in the area of the pool (right next to our room)

The hotel has multiple free entertainment and activities.The people at the desks were super nice and they were always helpful, the food is great as well. However the layout of the corridors leasing to the rooms can be difficult for older people such as my mum who had a difficult time getting through the long corridor. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fan despite the intense heat. The so-called "pool" in the bathroom has no water connection; you have to fill it with a laundry basket that's there, which is simply impossible. There's also no shower. There's a laundry basket that can be filled with water and a bowl for washing.

We visit Gazligol quite often and prefer this aparthotel. Although it is not new, the building itself and the furniture are in good condition. It is always very warm and quite clean. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Nice and clean budget aoartment We stayed for one night on our way to Antalya, apartment was really big and the hot tub was a nice experience. The bathroom needs some repairing but in all we enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and polite.

Unexpectedly we stayed here for 2 nights during our roundtrip in Turkey. Nice, clean hotel with very big rooms! Including a bath and a kitchen if you would like to cook.
