This is a charming hotel from the 90s. Breakfast is very good. Personal very carefull with us.Clean and confortable.Localization is near main important city centre points.

However, when I tried to plug in my charger in the socket behind the TV cabinet, I noticed lots of dust, debris, plastic wraps from chocolates and waste papers left there unchecked. The stay however was very pleasant

To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell ...

Just love it. The room was huge, spacious and clean. Everything is perfect aside from no slippers and only 1 towel was provided.

Rooms are spacious and bed’s comfortable. Pool is temperature controlled and relaxing to chill by/suntan. Grand Mosque is so close you can see it. Hotel staff will do anything to make your stay better

Viva and Carrefour supermarket just a few minutes walk if you need some snacks. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good but can be very good with some minor changes

I had their coffee and lava cake. Room service menu a bit limited and very basic. lovely pool area with a South African managed restaurant on the rooftop

If you park in the underground garage, it can be a bit tricky to find your way up, as each hotel's elevators are different, so keep that in mind. The room was also spacious, and the staff were very friendly

I especially want to highlight the breakfast! Café 302 offers truly exceptional and delicious food 👏👏👏 It feels like every chef and barista is incredibly skilled, and the dishes are fresh and refined

There's also 'City Palace Chinese Restaurant' which offers great food at reasonable prices, with exceptional taste. The breakfast spread caters well to Chinese business travelers and families

Big shout outs to Louis and Issac at the pool. The whole team at Market breakfast, Alba lunch, Oak dinner and the army of room service. Not forgetting the Library team who end the perfect days

The hotel is conveniently located near the yacht marina and right next to a bustling commercial area, which is lively at night. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, and all the dishes are exquisitely prepared.

I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel luxurious, like the personalized service and high-end toiletries

Looking at the map, it seems there are only two rooms in the entire hotel with this angle, which was incredibly disappointing! The hotel facilities weren't as bad as some reviews suggested, especially the pool and beach, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed

Please be advice that the bus don’t have separate compartment for luggage- so you’ll have to squeeze the luggage in the bus seats. The driver was helpful, and its a quick ride- so not much issue

The Shangri-La brand is truly trustworthy. Its Arabian castle-style architecture is impressive, and it's located right across from the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The front desk service was excellent

The facilities are a bit dated, but the front desk and restaurant staff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel has a pool, and it's a short walk to the Carrefour supermarket if you need to pick up any daily essentials.

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was...

We arrived quite late, but Dilki at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us to an executive suite. She also gave us complimentary dinner and breakfast for our child

If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime

Location is good and staff is nice. But breakfast is just mediocre, I had 2 fried eggs everyda only as others tasted badly. No charger next to the bed which is weird. The hangers are not removable which is not convenient

Had a 2 night stop which was part of Etihad flight deal. Etihad stuffed the dates (even though we made a number of calls to them) which left us at 2am in the hotel lobby without a booking for the night

I left some clothes at the hotel and Ahmed (desk coordinator) and Salehbinali was very helpful, they were very kind and sent all my clothes to Oman with a very small charge

It was a really great stay! Plus, you can easily get to Yas Island by taking the free shuttle bus from the Royal Rose, which is very handy

There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change
