SUNITA who took time to ask us how is our stay and also offered a take away hot choco drink which my husband and my son fav. Pool is okay also during late morning because there is a shade from the other tall building

Great location with a shuttle service to Yas Island. The hotel has direct access to WTC Mall, which has some good shops to explore. It's a typical business hotel with very good service.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — it felt like a home away from home. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Hamdy at the reception

Felt like a serene bridge between city life and nature. From the poolside, the view opened to endless mangroves, their calm waters reflecting the sky like a mirror

While the location and accessibility met expectations, the service and room quality fell short of the 5-star standard. However, the infinity pool overlooking the mangroves provided a serene escape

It's worth noting the absence of a dedicated kids' pool, only a shallow baby pool. Overall, it was a peaceful stay with some room for improvement in service and amenities

Had an amazing staycation with family, friends. The location and view from the spacious Mangroves Balcony rooms were spectacular. The day break and sunset views is to be experienced

Also appreciate the staff effort to follow up when we were checking out but her request for a rating can be viewed as being pushy. Location was good, near a mall with eateries and hypermart, and a few bus stops

The location is quite central, room was big and clean. Good breakfast, and an amazing happy hour on the 18th floor! The gym also is big, clean, with many machines not just cardio.

But definitely the highlight of my stay has been Ganesh with his wonderful smile and kindness

This is a good hotel situated in a prime location. The staff is excellent throughout. Chef Arujun, Jhoezen, and Louis are a few of the people I get to know better. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are top quality

There is a swimming pool with a lifeguard and spa treatments (which we didn't try). Finally, there's a park within easy walking distance and a view of the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

This stay exceeded my expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as a highly-rated hotel in the area! Check-in was extremely efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering information on nearby attractions and restaurant recommendations

The staff was very friendly and ready to help at all levels (housekeeping, reception, restaurant). The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes (Asian, Emirati, and Western cuisine)

There is three different bars here, one on the second floor and two on the fifth floor. The pool area on fifth floor is most of the time in the shade

inside the hotel there is a night club, sports bar, barbers, gym & pool! location is about 10 min from beach

the pool area doesnt get much sun however the pool is heated! staff are absolutely fantastic too! 10/10 recommend

The ventilation system worked well. We slept great; the mattresses were good and not worn out. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry. There's a Burger King on the other side of the hotel building

Excellent and comfortable hotel. During my entire stay, I didn’t experience any inconvenience. At first, I was given a room on a smoking floor, but I soon noticed a strong smell of tobacco in the room

The customer service here was A+. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond, and the laundry service was expedient and professional. Also, the Stock burger restaurant on the Ground floor has some delicious food

For the price paid and the star rating of the hotel, everything was as expected, in terms of comfort, cleanliness, facilities and amenities. Bonus: the staff was very friendly and helpful!

If you want a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. Check in was quick at 1am, although not at all informative and very un-IHG and almost rude

It was a pleasant experience as usual. Just a tiny concern, I booked the room for 2 people however, the available dental kit was only 1. I could not find any tissue papers/napkins inside the room or on the desk

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean

The pool was incredibly refreshing, and I got to witness both the sunset and sunrise, which were breathtaking. My only regret is that I only stayed one night. I hope to come back for a longer stay in the future!

The hotel is nicely located on Yas Island, just a few steps from the Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi. There is also free shuttle to Yas Mall which is convenient. We have tried the pool as well, it was nice and clean

This is an apartment hotel with one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room opens into a double sofa bed, and there's an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with cookware and utensils

It even has a washing machine with a dryer, making laundry very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to the WB Hotel. You can go to the WB Hotel for breakfast, and Warner Bros

Value for money/Cons: At a price of about 2500 RMB/night, it didn't include theme park tickets because it was booked through an agency. The booking itself also didn't include breakfast

World is just outside the WB Hotel. It's also not far from Yas Waterworld, easily accessible on foot. For Ferrari World and SeaWorld, you can take the free shuttle bus

The room was nice and comfortable, I like the colours and the design. The swimming pool was amazing and the water was warm. The GYM had modern machines, and I could do my daily workouts

It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach is large; there's a public, free section and a family, paid section. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something to eat

For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches. The pool was small but heated. There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal

Aside from the location, the hotel wasn't very satisfying. When we arrived, there was a towel missing, and the pillow was dirty

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but we didn't leave hungry

We only had breakfast there, but we did have dinner a couple of times. They offer fish, beef, and chicken. It's 4 km to the Presidential Palace and Emirates Palace hotel

My child didn't quite like the food, but breakfast provided a good source of fruit and vitamins for the day! A special note: you need to ask the staff for coffee; I got a latte for three consecutive days, and it was really delicious!! 👏

Al Ain Palace hotel gives you that old school UAE feel. This place has a nice charm to it. Considering the hotel itself is over 142 years old. When you walk through their doors. You are also walking into history

Rooms are kept very clean thanks to the house keeping staff. Special shout out to Sohail for working around my schedule and keeping the room tidy. This is one of my go to hotels because it’s right on the Corniche

The rooms are clean and perfect. We are satisfied with their services and it's worth every penny. Just that parking isn't available, will have to use paid parking. But paid parking is available near by as well

Upon checking out, staff was kind to order a cab for me. The hotel is right across from the corniche. Clean area and beautiful scenary. Lots of restaurants and bars around if you are seeking entertainment

Standard is good.. room are clean.. lifts are.more than enough .. on the rooftop a music bar and swimming pool..which is more of a pool not swimming pool.. Has no concierge..

This was very pleasant and nice to take in the surroundings. On arrival we were greeted by the staff who had shown us the facilities and where we could use. As the beach/sand was very hot we stayed around the pool
