The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

I’m sure more would return if this happened. All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff

The rooms were clean and spacious, and my fifth floor room had an amazing view of the mountains that was visible from the bed. The service was exceptional, and everyone that I interacted with made me want to come back

My family was very happy for everything here. Food swimming pool and restaurant is great. All of them especially housekeeping is excellent. Niranjan bhatt from housekeeping caught my attention

Facilities: I did have to go to the front desk a couple times to reset my room key card. I advise to keep it way for anything. Keep in completely separate pocket. The gym, sauna and pool area were kept clean

The hotel seems to be very popular with visitors and We found that the pool area was congested. The gym is okay for cardio with the treadmills and cross trainers, however lacks in variety and is small

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip

Amenities: A hotel with 4K+ per night. Just asking if the hair dryer could be replaced. All the hair dryers I've stayed in Dubai are old-fashioned. In a country built on money, this shouldn't be the case

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff

However the water in the pools was too cold for it to be pleasant. We are all water lovers but none of us really went in. The Hemingway bar was good and open very late

A bottle of Spanish wine (which we know very well) was £70 but sells in Spain for under £5. I would like to mention Vignesh in the Hemingway bar and Presanna in the West Bay lounge for their excellent service

The hotel itself doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel, our room was drab, dull and airless, despite being a luxury suite. The fridge was empty and the only drink available was warm water in plastic bottles

It was also placed under the foot of the bed, making the foot of the bed higher than the head. The pool was great, and the kids had a lot of fun, playing several times without any issues

McDonald's and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. If you call a taxi from the Emirates Airlines office in Abu Dhabi, it costs about 24 AED, but calling a taxi directly should be cheaper

Sure this was not a la carte dining but was certainly good quality again with attentive friendly staff The pool area was clean and supervised at key times by lifeguards, plenty of sunbeds and shade
