When I went room there was no bath towels inside its ok hair dryer also not working like that some problems but ok clean and neat staff ok ?

The phone on the dressing table does not work. It is probably because the hotel is too old and the wires are too deep to be renovated. But the phone in the bathroom is connected, but it can only answer calls

It was comfortable and perfect location near to the services by walking. Stuff are kind and respectful.

Every thing is perfect except the elevator bell my room was very far from the elevator but every time you can hear the elevator bell, specifically at night not easy to sleep with that sound

The hotel is in a decent location, convenient enough for getting around the city. The staff were particularly helpful — they explained where I could get a bus card and kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for me

The breakfast was the best. We enjoyed the stay. Our rooms were upgraded and it was fine. And staff at the reception was professional as well. And main issue is parking is paid.

On the first day it was fine, but on the second day the options were limited mainly to fried, pre-packaged items (nuggets, hash browns, meat rings, but no fried eggs, for one)

The room amenities were satisfactory: there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion

However, no toothbrush or toothpaste was supplied, so you may want to bring your own. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent

Overall, a reasonable stay with friendly service, though breakfast could be improved

There's a water filter for drinking water, and they provide an additional bottle of drinking water daily. Green and black tea are supplied, but no coffee. Sugar and sugar substitute are provided

It's nice and cozy. There is a decent pool on the roof and sauna. The gym is lacking a bit in machines but you can get by. Food in the restaurant is good. Rooms are very nice. Lacking a decent working table.
