Although we arrived early, the staff assisted us with an early check-in to a room with a beautiful view. The room itself was spacious enough for our large suitcases, and the bed was very comfortable

The customer service here was A+. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond, and the laundry service was expedient and professional. Also, the Stock burger restaurant on the Ground floor has some delicious food

For the price paid and the star rating of the hotel, everything was as expected, in terms of comfort, cleanliness, facilities and amenities. Bonus: the staff was very friendly and helpful!

If you want a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. Check in was quick at 1am, although not at all informative and very un-IHG and almost rude

It was a pleasant experience as usual. Just a tiny concern, I booked the room for 2 people however, the available dental kit was only 1. I could not find any tissue papers/napkins inside the room or on the desk

• The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues. Major cons (deal-breaker): • The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor

• The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th. • We almost did not sleep at all during the first night

Everything was ok, all you need for a business trip. Booked it for a colleague and he said all good.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean

The hotel is near the Corniche, and the deluxe room is spacious, but there's too much furniture taking up space. There's no bathtub. The air conditioning is noisy, and the fan is very loud even on the low setting.

Even though we couldn't get a reservation for dinner in advance, the staff proactively helped us coordinate and arrange for us to dine at the restaurant we wanted (I recommend making reservations in advance for better seating)

(Side note: I'm calling out the neighboring Hotel del Sol here – we were planning a trip for three, and despite emailing and calling them repeatedly to confirm if an extra bed could be added, they completely ignored us

While it's not the most expansive desert – it's more Gobi than towering dunes – the hotel itself is absolutely stunning, truly Arabian Nights-esque. More importantly, the service was exceptional

I highly recommend the full-board option; in addition to the buffet, each person gets a 200 AED credit to use at any of the hotel's restaurants

The breakfast is also very rich, and the à la carte dishes taste good. The staff's service attitude is exceptional and very enthusiastic

When checking out, if you confirm with the front desk an hour beforehand, they will help you call a taxi

The check in took some time but they upgraded my room to a suite which was appreciated. Wanted to get room service but their restaurant had somewhat limited options (only fast food available)

All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment

The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there

It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub

I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine

Al Ain Palace hotel gives you that old school UAE feel. This place has a nice charm to it. Considering the hotel itself is over 142 years old. When you walk through their doors. You are also walking into history

Breakfast is from the restaurant next door, but fresh and delivered to your room if required. The rooms are large and have a sitting room, and a kitchen and the bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed

The hotel is well positioned for shopping and getting around into the city, beaches and 25 minutes from the airport. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nothing is to much for them

The cleaners also wash the dishes! Ac was cool and the room also has a sliding door. One of the best things is private basement parking that many other hotels in the area don’t provide
