I attempted to visit a colleague to prepare our work day but got blocked by the receptionist & bodyguard applying policies that doesn't sound relevant to the context. I got the impression they are influenced heavily by the nightlife-style behaviors that they lack common business understanding.

Worse experience in this hotel, the receptionist ladies give us a not so good room first of all the room is too smelly and dirty they give us the room which is smell smokes and they give us the room which is near in the bar which is too noisy and cannot even rest. as well very disappointed service from the staff they dont know even how to assist the guest properly we asked to transfer us in different room atleast but they refuse even though there is available room. And just ignoring us. They dont even know how to apologize.very unprofessional plus slow service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are great. What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the Filipino staff they are always smiling, polite, and very helpful

Staff was very rude, receptionist and one guy. Please do not go to the hotel ever. My cousin booked the hotel from for 20 days, I went to meet him they did not allow me to go to meet him in the room saying that we do not have the policy to allow the visitors to go to meet the hotel guest in the room , we can allow only for 05 minutes if you insist. What kind of policy they are following?

There was quite .. only few people were there . But I like the atmosphere. There was very neat & clean atmosphere with dynamic hostesses. I like the way of seving the food Nd drinks ..
