Royal Falcon Hotel in Dubai

Location near to metro station....Tgis guy's ask 100 diram advance amount at tje time of check in which is strange request.....if you get hotel below 200 diram them good deal or other good options available

My reservation was for a room on a floor directly above a nightclub. I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to change rooms, but they didn't do it. They replied in a message that they would change it, but they never did. Very bad hotel.

Very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The level of cleanliness was shocking. The floor was not vacuumed at all and was full of women’s hair. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting: the toilet was dirty on the sides, water was dripping from the ceiling directly above it, and the ceiling itself had visible holes. Overall, I the room felt neglected, dirty and poorly maintained.
We only chose to stay as a compromise because we had just arrived after a 12-hour flight and more than 24 hours without sleep. Under normal circumstances, we would have left immediately.
Another major issue is that the ground floor and the first floor function as a *******. There is constant traffic, noise and shouting at all hours due to the continuous flow of people. At one point, we even witnessed an aggressive argument between two men pushing each other in the entrance hall, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
Because of all this, we decided to leave one day earlier than planned. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hygiene and service attitude of the hotel are extremely poor. The air conditioner is not cooled, the hygiene is very unclean, the KTV is noisy, and the high room charge is acceptable. But in fact, the difference is too far. The hotel that will never be checked in. I don't understand how the platform can cooperate with hotels of this grade?
