I stayed here for a trade show, and it was conveniently located close to the exhibition center. There's also a commercial street nearby, making dining very easy. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the hygiene was excellent. It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel boasts an open-air swimming pool on the 54th floor, offering a direct view of the Burj Khalifa, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. The facilities are very new, and it's super convenient to get to the Mall. If you're renting a car, they also provide valet parking.

Highly recommend staying at Address Skyview. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible time. Service is top notch. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Nice attentive staff, the location is ok, however very isolated. The food in the copper lobster restaurant was very good, however the buffet food and breakfast was pretty dreadful and would not recommend, there’s also no pork kitchen. Designed to be an all inclusive hotel.

This place was a mess. The lobby was small and crowded with people. The room felt like staying in a budget hotel converted from a factory, with the only upside being plenty of beds, good for families with many children. The hotel room rate includes tickets, and for each night you stay, you get access to one park. Legoland, Water Park, and Motiongate each have their unique charm, making it a children's paradise. My kids had an amazing time! Given the price, don't expect too much from the breakfast; it's certainly filling enough though.

Extremely close to Legoland, just a 2-minute walk. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was tiny, but the kids had an absolute blast, and they even included tickets, which instantly made it great value for money!

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. Room cleanlines good and strategic location

The TV wasn't working properly. The washing machine was leaking and caused the door to get stuck. The staff couldn't fix it and didn't provide any explanation. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

A gorgeous hotel! A big plus is that breakfast is served BB at any time. Breakfast is à la carte only! Everything is delicious! No matter which way your room faces, the view is stunning! Clean and cozy! Every evening they bring tea brewed in a thermos and something sweet, like pie, muffin, or cake! Soft drinks are included in the room's minibar!

The resort-like atmosphere made me think that I would have enjoyed it even more if I had stayed longer. The hibiscus tea served was in a stainless steel water bottle, which gave it a slightly lived-in feel, which was a shame. The bread and jam at breakfast were delicious, and the tableware was luxurious.

The waiter, Herry, was exceptionally warm and friendly, with a bright smile and attentive, meticulous service. I recently visited Al Ain Rotana to celebrate World Pharmacist Day with my colleagues. The hotel provided an excellent atmosphere for the event, with neat and clean surroundings. The arrangements for the sessions and classes were well-organized, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. A really good place for professional gatherings and celebrations.

We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely coming back.

I had a great stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out though was the service. I especially want to mention one of the waiters Obada who was fantastic. He was warm and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to eat. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

This isn't my first time choosing the Ritz-Carlton, and for good reason! The location is fantastic, and the breakfast spread is diverse with excellent quality control. Every staff member, from the front desk to other service areas, is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The pool in the standard room is actually quite small, making it difficult to really swim. If you want more comfort, it's better to stay in a tent villa. The hotel's main pool is also very shallow; I can't quite remember the exact depth, but essentially, adults can barely swim in the hotel's public pool. The hotel's safari, however, is pretty good. We booked the studio and also in pictures its showing studio but they give us different hotel with same name they given another

I would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me ... she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice ... ( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless) She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did...

Brilliant stay, friendly staff and the rooms are really big and comfortable too.
