Room cleanlines good and strategic location

The TV wasn't working properly. The washing machine was leaking and caused the door to get stuck. The staff couldn't fix it and didn't provide any explanation. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

Our stay was truly wonderful. Cristopher and Marc were both incredibly professional and welcoming. Their service was excellent and the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. The cleaning was perfect and the view was absolutely breathtaking. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Quite confusion on their checking in process!!! They've sharing the lobby with Kempenski hotel which you have to wait at lobby for their representative come in-person to checking in to the room.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The view was amazing, the place was spotless, and everything was well-maintained.

We booked through MARWAN
When we reached there we were denied check-in by MR OSAMA the most rude manager I’ve ever seen, he yelled shouted and cursed at me and my sister.
Very unprofessional, horrifying and unsafe experience it was. Never faced such situation in any hotel anywhere in Dubai.
We had made the payment prior, no refund was made even after check in was denied. We were kept waiting there for 2 hours.
I strongly advise others not to book this hotel — professionalism and proper guest conduct simply do not exist here.

The hotel was fine overall. The best things were the room size and the great location. It could use a bit of renewal, but I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at this Airbnb for five days and had a wonderful experience. The location offers convenient access to Dubai Mall and the metro station, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Moustafa. After we checked out, we realized we had left our mobile phone and power bank charging in the unit. Mr. Moustafa promptly messaged us, giving us enough time to return from the airport and retrieve them. Excellent service!

The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Dubai Mall and close to Burj Khalifa. Everything I needed was just a few steps away — restaurants, shopping, cinema, and the Dubai Fountain.
The room was spotless, well-organized, and had elegant touches of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, the lighting was cozy, and the amenities included a coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
What really impressed me were the facilities:
• The gym was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout.
• The pool was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful city view.
• The lobby was spacious and stylish, giving off a luxurious vibe the moment I walked in.
• Room service was fast, and the staff was always responsive and professional.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and the staff really paid attention to the details.

The rooms were nice and clean and we were surprised by the room when george (cleaner) made us an elephant on the bed, it was a nice gesture by him and made us feel quite special. The rooms are generally nice but the bathroom lock for the master bedroom was broken, other than that it was a great stay.
