The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to the Dubai Mall, and the decor is also very refined. Having just opened in 2021, it's very new, and the hotel's signature scent is wonderfully pleasant. The gym and pool facilities are also quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety and is well-presented. The only drawback is the absence of a bathtub in the room. Overall, sleeping at this hotel is very comfortable, though the sound of doors closing next door can be a bit loud. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Hotel. If I return to Dubai and the price is right, I would definitely book it again, as the hotel's pricing is quite volatile and can vary significantly.

The hotel is relatively new, but both the soft and hard facilities are quite ordinary. The only highlight is its proximity to Dubai, and you can directly access it through the upstairs parking lot.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall. Being a new hotel, the facilities are also excellent, with refreshing air conditioning perfect for a desert city. The service is very attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. If you booked through Trip.com, there are separate meal options available that you can order without extra charge. The swimming pool and gym are fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room.

had a wonderful stay at Vida Dubai Mall! The housekeeping team was exceptional, ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. The public areas were impeccably maintained, which made the entire hotel feel fresh and welcoming. The staff was also very helpful, always available to assist with any request. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

The location is absolutely fantastic, it's directly connected to the Dubai Mall. From the lobby, just head up to the second floor on the right, and you're in Chinatown. There are also signs for the hotel within the mall, so there's no need to worry about getting lost on your way back. As for the service, it's excellent too. They provide two bottles of water daily, and the room is cleaned regularly. The pool on the 6th floor is amazing, especially in the morning.

Fantastic new hotel, location is amazing and the rooms and are beautiful. Check-in staff are friendly and very quick, and the closeness to Dubai mall is so convenient, there is parking for anyone who drives and internet was great too.

I was just randomly looking for hotels to book and just somehow stumbled upon it and I didn't regret choosing this hotel. I had a very pleasant experience here. Everything is just good the staff who are welcoming and hospitable, the place that is clean and gives you the impression of being a royalty, it's all very beautiful. The food that is prepared to your table will surely satiate your hunger. This hotel is definitely my go to when visiting this country, the price is also reasonable as you will get a pretty room that has everything that you would ever need. Definitely a 5 star for me. Thank you Vida Dubai Mall for a wonderful experience.
