The room was just okay, pretty standard compared to other hotels, and didn't really live up to the St. Regis brand. The ocean color was beautiful, but the water itself was quite dirty when you got in.

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

The only selling point of this hotel is probably the white sand beach, which is indeed beautiful. If you want to enjoy the beach, it's best to stay for two nights, and the temperature needs to be above 28 degrees Celsius; otherwise, it can feel a bit chilly by the sea. Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. But besides that, our room was beautiful, the hotel was so clean and the food was good.

Facilities: The hotel's environment, pool, and private beach are all fantastic. As soon as you arrive at the beach, someone immediately helps you set up your lounge chairs and even brings chilled water, which is incredibly thoughtful! Whatever you need in your room, you can just call them, and they'll do their best to help resolve it. The service is excellent!

The beach was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful blue, jelly-like sea. The staff were all incredibly nice; someone would even bring ice cream and water while we were relaxing on the beach. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.
