Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

Muslim shower with washing closet was so difficult to use as it required to hands to press open the shower  The sink of washroom was blocked and draining very slow No combs / dental kit / has to ask for it  The wash room use was disappointing in terms of plumbing issues as described.

Room is spacious. Nearby airport. Walkable to metro station. Not sure if there is an airport shuttle as on our arrival we took e hailing as there were not reply from the hotel despite several messages. However on our departure they provide us as shuttle bus to airport.

The room was spacious and very clean. There's a restaurant downstairs with a lot of character, and the pool was also very clean. The service was excellent, and the location is convenient, very close to the airport. Overall, it's a great place.

Facilities: The hotel's environment, pool, and private beach are all fantastic. As soon as you arrive at the beach, someone immediately helps you set up your lounge chairs and even brings chilled water, which is incredibly thoughtful! Whatever you need in your room, you can just call them, and they'll do their best to help resolve it. The service is excellent!

There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around. Had a great stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab . The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. Entire hotel badly needs restoration and repairs not just minor renovations as patch up jobs. Managed to ignore the mould in the bathroom. As the manager said there were no other rooms available. Arrived with high expectations and was absolutely stunned by its beauty! The buggy and boat services were excellent. Make sure to hit the beach early, as it gets impossible to find a chair in the afternoon. As a lazy person, I wanted to book dinner to make things easier, but the process was surprisingly complicated. Luckily, Trip.com helped sort it out.

The hotel is decent, quite large, and has water play areas. There are also many restaurants; you might want to try booking an all-inclusive room. I took the subway there, but it was a 10-minute walk from the subway exit, which I wouldn't recommend as there are many construction sites nearby. A taxi ride back cost a little over 100 yuan.
