Unfortunately, our experience at Paramount Hotel Midtown was disappointing.
The staff seemed uninterested and not attentive to guest concerns.
There was a problem with the balcony door in our room, which allowed a significant amount of outside noise to enter. Additionally, the room was facing a construction site, making the stay even more uncomfortable.
Due to these issues, the overall comfort and experience were negatively affected.

The room was large and clean, but being so close to the highway and metro, the noise at night was unbearable. I barely slept a wink. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the 64th floor, but you have to order something to sit down and enjoy the view. The non-paying spots offer a terrible view. We booked this hotel specifically for that 64th-floor view, so it really wasn't worth staying here. Anyone can go up to the 64th floor and order something to see the view – it's a total rip-off and absolutely not worth the price of the hotel. Also, check-out is strictly at 12 PM with no late check-out option, which made for a really unpleasant stay. And for a 'sea view' room, if the weather isn't perfectly clear, you can't even see the sea, just a hazy blur.

I stayed in an 18th-floor room at the Paramount Hotel, room number 22, and I must admit that I was generally disappointed with my experience. The place initially looks clean and amazing, and I chose it based on other positive reviews. I’ve visited many cities and always enjoy trying new experiences based on recommendations.
However, my stay didn’t meet expectations.
1- The swimming pool area was quite dirty, the tables around it were not clean, and small insects were falling onto the table. I couldn’t even place an order or eat comfortably at the pool bar.
2- The breakfast lounge service was very poor. No one offered help, asked for our order, or even brought coffee, which is unusual for a 5-star hotel.
3- The worst part was the cushion in the middle of the bed, which had a bad smell, like an unwashed scalp, which shows a serious hygiene issue.
Finally, I’m being sincere because I believe this feedback will help others and hopefully encourage the hotel to improve its standards.
However, my stay didn’t meet expectations.

Stayed in the apartment side of Paramount Midtown with access to shared hotel amenities. Feels like a 5-star Hollywood-style stay.
Sauna for men was closed during our visit. Highlights include the stunning 360° infinity pool and views of the Burj Khalifa & Fountain—definitely memorable!”

We booked the Paramount Hotel Midtown through Airbnb for 6 people and had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — perfect for a group. The location is excellent, very close to Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall.
The rooftop infinity pool has amazing views. Check-in was smooth, and all facilities like the gym and restaurants were top-notch. Highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Dubai.

The breakfast selection is excellent, and the staff are consistently polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One of the hotel’s standout features is the rooftop pool, which offers an exceptional experience.
However, the location may not be ideal for tourists who prefer to rely on the Metro, as the walk to Business Bay station can be tiring, particularly in Dubai’s climate. Additionally, I expected more from the room service, especially regarding the timely replenishment of the minibar, though the service overall was not unsatisfactory.

It was our first time booking at Paramount Hotel Midtown, and the experience was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception made us feel welcome. The person who assisted us asked if it was our first time, and when we said yes, he kindly gave us a paper with all the important hotel information, including details about the breakfast buffet and the pool.
All the staff were very accommodating and approachable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious — we truly enjoyed every meal. We also loved the stunning view from the pool and the romantic atmosphere during our dinner at night. It was truly a memorable experience!
