Facilities: The infrastructure is incredible, truly top-notch. Environment: The surroundings are amazing. Every day you can choose to travel by boat or buggy, and they arrive very quickly, which is a big plus. Service: Sometimes the attitude felt a bit off, and I'm not sure if it was because we are Chinese.

Facilities: Very complete. The butler arranged messages and happy hour for us. Hygiene: Very thorough. Service: Quite good, they responded to all our requests. There are many animals, mostly peacocks, and you can generally touch them.

Overall a great visit. The resort is beautiful and the restaurants outstanding. We did have an issue at check in over the room category allocation which was eventually resolved. The service offered by our butlers, Shaima & Ronet was simply superb and could not be bettered which made our stay memorable.

The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure. We had a nice view of the Twin Towers from our room, which was a plus. We stay here often when we go to Abu Dhabi because it's close to where we have business. The hotel rooms feel dated compared to the Sofitel Obelisk where we always stay in Dubai. The rooms are smoking/non-smoking and I wish if the rooms were non-smoking to be that as you can smell the smoke being covered up. The food is always good. We order every time.

Had a wonderful stay, definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every thing was 10/10. They even served welcome drinks when we arrived. Staff was amazing. Amenities were exceptional. The bed was really comfortable(most comfortable bed I’ve slept on) They even upgraded us for free to a bigger room without us even asking. Definitely coming back here again!
