We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3nights as a family. It's a old property but quite well maintained even though bathroom is small. They have a swimming pool, and a private beach which is a big bonus. Private beach is around 10min walking distance from the hotel but still worth it. Breakfast is limited and it's not well maintained upto the 5star standard. Had a lovely few days in this hotel. We upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived and it was WELL worth it. Delicious food in the Italian restaurant and Khalid at the Beach Club kept us supplied with plenty of lovely mocktails! A lovely break away!

Really great! The hotel has a particularly beautiful, large garden. The rooms are also nice. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism. The location is super convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a mall right outside. It's also close to high-end shopping centers, and the views are lovely.

The front desk tried to charge me an extra 60 dirhams, but luckily the card payment failed, and I realized the room fee already included it. If I had paid cash, I might have been overcharged. Great location, right next to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The service was warm and attentive. The only downside was the large construction site downstairs, which could be a bit noisy. Many Chinese guests were staying there, but the breakfast wasn't quite to my taste.

The hotel room size is decent, and the hygiene is very good. The housekeeping staff are also excellent. The location is just average, but there are no good supermarkets nearby downstairs. This hotel is super close to downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, just a 900m walk away. It's newly renovated and quite stylish, being a modern property. Plus, it offers great value for money.

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The service was also excellent! 👍 There's even a Burmese lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese, and she was so warm and patient in answering all our questions, helping us with taxis and directions. We're truly grateful to her! Plus, you can even see the Dubai Frame from the room!

Best hotel in dubai, and the fact that you can swim at night is a big plus

The room was just okay, pretty standard compared to other hotels, and didn't really live up to the St. Regis brand. The ocean color was beautiful, but the water itself was quite dirty when you got in.

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again.

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool. Very nice selection of pools. The adult pool area was quiet, relaxing. A range of kids activities and pools available. Rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was great. However not great service when entering, welcome lobby service, poolside service, check in did not provide information about amenities. Could be better with their service.

Good choices of food. We came a bit late but they allowed us to take enough before closing, thank you to Lily she is excellent. Kitchen just needs to double check the dishes as there are still some coffee stains in the cups, probably because these are washed thru dishwasher.

I recently stayed at Novotel and had a really comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The rooftop pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa area, and breakfast is just okay. The room was clean and tidy. You need to request toiletries and disposable slippers from the hotel. Valet parking is available. For the price in Dubai, it's pretty good value for money!

We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

In Abu Dhabi the best Rixos. I love this chain because it is all inclusive, elite drinks, great staff and service. Clean and new rooms, I recommend. Come you will not regret.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. Breakfast was pretty good too!

The environment is good, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation, not far from the heart of Dubai, offering good value for money. However, there seems to be construction going on nearby, leading to a bit of noise. The service and breakfast were both excellent.

Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek. The room was spacious and clean, and most importantly, it was very quiet at night thanks to good soundproofing. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful ambiance, and the breakfast spread was quite varied.

Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead. Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities...
