Booked stay for solo birthday trip, blown away by attention to detail with surprise mini birthday cake in my room on entrance. The room was a bit small, and I felt it wasn't worth 2000 a night, but then again, it's peak season, so all hotels are expensive. The bathtub drain was broken at first, and it took over half an hour to fix it. As for toiletries, there was only makeup remover pads and a toothbrush. The hotel is not a 5 star. The facilities feel dated and the air condition is fairly noisy. The swimming pools close at 6pm. The possible plus side is the breakfast, which is very good.

Even after paying the premium for rooms we were not allowed on the rooftop. We were asked to pay additional minimum spend per head just to be there. Mind it those roof photos were listed on the hotel description and in photos. So do not be fooled. Extremely disappointed. Apart from that the front desk staff was very polite and friendly.

This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. Avoid room 4135 at all costs. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight. The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space.

The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our child cut their foot while swimming, and the hotel's medical team came to our room to disinfect and dress the wound. We were very impressed. We'll definitely choose Hyatt again for our future travels.

Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel is a great choice for families visiting Dubai. With its excellent facilities, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere, it made our trip both relaxing and memorable.

During my stay at Radisson Blu Dubai, there was a leak from the faucet that created a puddle on the bathroom floor. At 4 AM on the first morning, I slipped and hit my head. I immediately called the front desk requesting contact from hotel staff, but no one responded. Five hours later, I had to go down to the front desk to speak with the manager, who seemed unaware of the incident, suggesting there...

They have changed our 2 double beds with one king bed without prior notice and ruin our trip as we were family of four.. not happy at all

The location is very convenient, not far from the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of Indian food. The room was quite spacious. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, but decent value for money.
