This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. Avoid room 4135 at all costs. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight. The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space.

I had a pleasant stay, both during the day and night. If you need a bathrobe or slippers, simply call the reception and they will provide them promptly. This hotel is actually pretty good. It's right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of Chinese dining options. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center, but it is near a subway station. During peak season, it's an affordable option and very convenient for shopping.

I chose the Ritz-Carlton to visit the Grand Mosque, and its location was perfect. The breakfast spread was excellent, and some of the buggy drivers were really enthusiastic and friendly. The only drawback was that the hot water wasn't hot enough; after filling the tub with just a little water, the temperature noticeably dropped.

The hotel lobby is grand and luxurious, creating an impressive first impression. However, the hotel shows signs of age. One unique feature is the glass window in the room that allows a view from the bathroom to the bedroom. Unfortunately, there are no curtains behind this window, which can be a concern. If you need to use the bathroom at midnight and turn on the lights, it may disturb your partner...

The service was excellent, and the location is good, right across from the mosque. The bathroom was very small, with the hairdryer even placed on the nightstand. I had to search for a long time to find the slippers, which were on the highest shelf in the closet. Also, one electrical outlet was broken, and the shower faucet was quite old. The swimming pool is large, seems to be seawater, and is apparently...

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is very close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The environment was lovely, and the staff were highly professional, warm, attentive, and well-trained. Overall, it offered good value for money.

Very good for a few times in Dubai Airport. It was a nice experience. It was comfortable choice.

The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. It's the top choice for a layover at the airport!

The rooms are clean and the suites are very spacious. The location is also excellent, not far from the boarding gate, making it perfect for families with children. The suite has a separate living area, so it won't disturb the kids' sleep! They also provide a 24-hour dining option, so you can grab a quick bite and get to bed!

Very clean and the facilities are quite new. Just note that the hotel is spread across three sections: T3A, T3B, and T3C.
