The room felt quite old, and some of the facilities and amenities were not well-maintained. It definitely falls short of what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay, both during the day and night. If you need a bathrobe or slippers, simply call the reception and they will provide them promptly. This hotel is actually pretty good. It's right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of Chinese dining options. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center, but it is near a subway station. During peak season, it's an affordable option and very convenient for shopping.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Dubai, I can say this was the best. The location is excellent — especially for those arriving from Abu Dhabi Airport, as the bus stops right in front of the hotel and the metro is in the same area. I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. Fun fact: this location was featured in the movie Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, and there’s a small exhibit to remind visitors of the film shoot.

Lovely short stay, busy hotel and staff not always clear on what you can and can’t make use of

The staff is very professional and welcoming. Very service oriented and always with a smile specially the doormen And those carrying the luggages. Kudos to them. I love the Le labo amenities as well! Location is just a 5 mins walk to palm jumeriah mall.
