The hotel's location is great. It's a six or seven-minute walk to the Fountain Square, and the pool also directly faces the Burj Khalifa. However, I really can't stay in rooms with tile floors and only a rug under the bed anymore. The connection between the carpet and the tiles was too dirty. Also, are the EDITION towels inherited from some budget hotel? They're short-piled and stiff.

The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. It's also not far from the Gold Souk. During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there.

Really great! The hotel has a particularly beautiful, large garden. The rooms are also nice. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism. The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

It’s a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast (very busy at weekends), decent pool, private beach and plenty of restaurants and bars - it’s also central in Tourist Club area (Al Zahiya) so Abu Dhabi Mall is a few minutes walk and Galleria Mall about 10 minutes. Hard to fault really; I’m a regular guest here. It is more costly than some other hotels but the quality is worth paying for.
