Great value for the money! Clean, professional administration, and friendly staff. With a choice of three different breakfast menus your day gets off to a good start in L'viv. For volonteers passning through L'viv, or turning over vehicles and donations, the hotel is close to the train station, and there is private parking as well as parking in the street just outside. I arrived very late in the night...

The hotel where value for money is right. My room was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff is helpful and polite. Area is quiet. There is about fifteen to twenty minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast could be better, this is one thing that I was little disappointed.

Not far from the main railway station. Helpful staff despite their lack of English. Large room extremely well appointed for tariff and restaurant is welcoming.

Great hotel, very polite and attentive staff. Not sure if they speak English, though. I liked breakfasts a lot. Fast, tasty and neat. The coffee us not that great. Rooms and bathroom are clean. All gadgets work properly. Wi-Fi has proper bandwidth, no lags. I was especially fascinated by the interior. It us all done in one theme and not a bad one.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building. There's a restaurant Irena as well which I found very cozy and tasty. So I would definitely recommend it. PS: You can book it by calling there reception. No prepayment is required.

A wonderful and cozy place, if you like peace, this is it. The kitchen, the bathhouse, everything is at the highest level, not for all the money in the world. Stayed in August 2021. Honestly expected more from this price point. There is no sound insulation at all, so it seems that you are constantly walking over your head. There are few sockets and a lot of crosses what and how to connect. The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. The food was decent, they took barbecue and breakfast...

Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash. The disco pool was fun and people where relaxed. Nice staff! (And a very cute cat)

I would recommend this hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely large bathroom and balcony. There was good free WiFi. Its near supermarket and near to the town centre. The only negative was there was no kettle, so bring your travel kettle.. I purchased an Amazon cheapo beforehand. I will return to this hotel as it has amenities locally.

It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy. Would come here again!

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

On my business trips to Kremenchuk, I always stay in the very center of the city - in the "Helicopter". An excellent, well maintained European style hotel, the best in town. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly English speaking staff, delicious and early breakfast in the cozy lounge.

This is the BEST HOTEL i ever stay on my trip to Ukraine, Kremenchuk. Super luxury! I really liked the hotel room design.The room are big and clean. Staff are very helpful and so polite. Complementary good coffee and WI-fi. They even did my laundry for free. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. My stay was easy and relaxed. Looking forward to come back soon.

Actually, one of my best hotel experiences. Nice and extremely clean hotel rooms, very nice hotel service and beautiful hotel surroundings (new park, square, restaurants and riverbank). Breakfast is served in the restaurant nearby, quiality average. Tap water is not drinkable, but one has unlimited supply of bottled water.

I only had three days in Kremenchug this trip, so chose this hotel instead of apartment. Received large room on fourth floor. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff courteous and speaks excellent English. Great location, small market nearby and central park pleasant to walk. Nice touch is the complimentary Georgian wine though I would live to taste Ukrainian wine!

An ideal place for a family vacation! Friendly staff, beautiful view of Hoverla and Petros, a small pool in the yard for children and adults, a trampoline. The room had a refrigerator, TV, shower. There is a shared kitchen in the yard. On the first floor there is a cafe, you can eat on the balcony with a beautiful view. In 10 minutes on foot there is Nova Poshta, three grocery stores and a small market...

I don't know how to describe the hotel. Terrible. But if you don't have another chance to find somewhere else just stay there. The price I think is to high for the room conditions. Restroom is to neglected and not proper clean. The room is to dark even with light. There are air conditioning, TV and refrigerator that's all. In that bed I honestly couldn't sleep well. With elevator it was another story...

I was welcomed even though I checked in late and the receptions lady took me to the room to make sure I knew the way and how to operate devices in the room. If you're staying in Nikolayev this is not a bad place to stay. The hotel is an old building that was converted into a hotel. Unfortunately there is no elevator, and you'll have to walk all five floors to your room if you get one on the top floor. But most of the staff speak English, and they do serve a small breakfast in the mornings. They do not serve lunch or dinner, but they can assist with ordering...

My wife couldn't get enough of this place and wants to go back every weekend...

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. The hotel is new, stylish. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable. They are good quality.

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis. I have booked this hotel as it was in convenient location next to the Airport. The bed and pillows in the room were comfortable. The rooms are not noisy as the hotel is away from the main road. There was not enough lighting in the bathroom so you couldn't really see how dirty it was, but it wasn't cleaned properly as there were hair on the floor. What made me laugh is how the toilet seat was fixed...

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day. Free parking. Delicious breakfasts with several options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Good hotel with good prices. We stayed for a night. Rooms looks used because the carpet on the floor looks not very clean. But there are slippers in rooms. Beds are comfortabl and towels are perfect. The stuff is amazing. Breakfast also very good.
