Pros: Parking under video surveillance is available in the interior courtyard. Staff with English-speaking and very supportive. Excellent location. Large and spacious. Cons: The heating system was not enough to warm the suite after one night of working fully.

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff can speak English, knows surrounding and is helpful. Restaurant on fifth floor has quite nice view and very reasonable prices.

Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!

Quaint older style hotel in the bustling Port area. Helpful staff and nice comfortable facilities. I didn't particularly care but it was perhaps a little noisy being in the middle of such a vibrant part of Odesa. Then at 10 o'clock was quiet again due to curfew.

This hotel is a nice place, dining rooms are a bit small for the size of guests it can have, nevertheless it’s a very nice place. Rooms are all new and more are coming as well a new spa will be. There’s the possibility to rent ski equipment and all. It’s in walkable distance from bukovel ski resort. Overall I was super happy to be here!

This was my 3rd visit to this lovely, pure Ukrainian mountain retreat. Everything there is classy, the staff are highly motivated and super friendly and the mountain ambience is serene. The breakfast is sumptuous, dinner menu special, outdoor pool overlooks mountains, great hot-wet sauna, indoor pool. A lovely spot!

Great hotel, with parking although this can be a bit of a juggle. The on site Ski room didn't have the correct size ladies snow boots only 2sizes higher or 2sizes lower? If you in the breakfast side of the hotel and you have Spa access you don't get given a gown. So you have to walk in the cold to the Spa and pool. Didn't see the magical salt room? Perfect place for good weekend!

Great, not superb. To start with, the territory is quite good with a lot of space, swimming pool, patios and stuff. Also animals tun around freely, which makes this place quite unusual and authentic. However, some things are far from being great. To start with staff at the restaurant is overwhelmed with work and you have to wait quite a while to get your order. Water in rented houses is very slow...

Nice, beautiful and natural place close to Poltava with it's accommodation, restaurant and aqua park available all the summer. P.s. It's better to book it beforehand for your convenience and assurance.

I love this place ❣ When you are tired of the city noise, this place can fill you out with fresh positive vibes! The territory is huge with a large variety of animals, some of them are walking among little paths, which makes you feel close to the nature. For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

Beautiful hotel with perfect service and views. It's definitely worth visiting . The waiters are really hospitable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh. It was comfortable nice place, except everything is made of wood, so it is so loud, you can hear your neighbors walking or speaking. The room was clean, but too warm , a big mirror, a fridge, a kettle and some kitchen stuff. Also if you are on the first floor you can meet some mouses so be carefull with them.

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

We had a deluxe room (suit). It was very clean with 2 big screen TV, balcony, comfortable pillows, 2 big bottle of water for tea, very nice, bright and premium quality furniture. Powerful hair dryer. Great service and delicious breakfast and dinner in restaurant on first floor!

Pretty, cozy, staff is very supportive and lovely. There is a free transfer to Bukovel if 5 or more people want to go. You should ask the receptionist to put you on the list. Breakfasts are included. I stayed here once, around five years ago. Service was fine, room was small but properly equipped and decorated. Food in the restaurant was good, and I particularly liked the deserts. Their berry mille-feuille was really great! Only strange memory I have from the stay, that they could not enroll me into loyalty program upon checking. They told me I had to do it in the site and it will only work starting...

"Discover Ukraine" special offer makes this hotel very appealing place to spend weekend. Perfect location, clean, no unpleasant scent, decent wifi. The only questionable thing - breakfast (not much to choose from, no fruits also it's fruit season, no tasty or healthy options).

When I guide people from other countries, like today from Canada, when it's you want to escape and air conditioner here helps) menu in English language is available. Great value for the money! Clean, professional administration, and friendly staff. With a choice of three different breakfast menus your day gets off to a good start in L'viv. For volonteers passning through L'viv, or turning over vehicles and donations, the hotel is close to the train station, and there is private parking as well as parking in the street just outside. The hotel where value for money is right. My room was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff is helpful and polite. Area is quiet. There is about fifteen to twenty minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast could be better, this is one thing that I was little disappointed.

Great hotel, very polite and attentive staff. Not sure if they speak English, though. I liked breakfasts a lot. Fast, tasty and neat. The coffee us not that great. Rooms and bathroom are clean. All gadgets work properly. Wi-Fi has proper bandwidth, no lags. I was especially fascinated by the interior. It us all done in one theme and not a bad one.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building. There's a restaurant Irena as well which I found very cozy and tasty. So I would definitely recommend it. PS: You can book it by calling there reception. No prepayment is required.

Stayed in August 2021. Honestly expected more from this price point. There is no sound insulation at all, so it seems that you are constantly walking over your head. There are few sockets and a lot of crosses what and how to connect. The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. The food was decent, they took barbecue and breakfast...

Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash. The disco pool was fun and people where relaxed. Nice staff! (And a very cute cat)

This Hotel is very close to centrum and the trainstation. Outside the Hotel is lots of small shops Where u can by food so u will never be hungry or run out of drinks. The personal behind the desk is very helpfull and speaks good english . There Where no problem helping me to order a taxi. I gladly come back here once more .

Best for money, the room is not big but it is gorgeous, and service is very nice, the room has a TV and a wardrobe. You are provided with a bottle of water and two glasses, two cups, per person a towel, a napkin, tea bag with two sugars and a stirrer, plus two shampoos and a soap. Amazing deal

Little tricky to find, but elevator up, and great reception personnel. Rooms fresh and as like new. House keeping did an excellent job. Location at the bus station and train just a mile away. Small mall across street, only 75 meters away. maybe one mile to center square and so many wonderful restaurants: one named MEAT, and it was great. Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

On my business trips to Kremenchuk, I always stay in the very center of the city - in the "Helicopter". An excellent, well maintained European style hotel, the best in town. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly English speaking staff, delicious and early breakfast in the cozy lounge.

This is the BEST HOTEL i ever stay on my trip to Ukraine, Kremenchuk. Super luxury! I really liked the hotel room design.The room are big and clean. Staff are very helpful and so polite. Complementary good coffee and WI-fi. They even did my laundry for free. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. My stay was easy and relaxed. Looking forward to come back soon.

Actually, one of my best hotel experiences. Nice and extremely clean hotel rooms, very nice hotel service and beautiful hotel surroundings (new park, square, restaurants and riverbank). Breakfast is served in the restaurant nearby, quiality average. Tap water is not drinkable, but one has unlimited supply of bottled water.

I only had three days in Kremenchug this trip, so chose this hotel instead of apartment. Received large room on fourth floor. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff courteous and speaks excellent English. Great location, small market nearby and central park pleasant to walk. Nice touch is the complimentary Georgian wine though I would live to taste Ukrainian wine!
