A really beautiful Hotel. I like it. My room was in the 9. Floor with a very beautiful view and small terrace. The Hotel have much possibilities and extras, I was very surprised and can recommend this Hotel for sure. Thank you very much. I enjoyed my time here.

It’s a fascinating, intriguing and very comfortable hotel. Each floor is a mystery, the dining room is an emporium of wonders and the bathroom plays you bird mating sounds. I had so much fun here, I will remember this stay for a long time. Whoever built this hotel is a very creative soul 😁

The hotel is not bad. Clean, the view is beautiful. Hotel staff is good. The restaurant of Hotel in the plaza (5.th floor) is a famous steakhouse. Only the meats on the menu are delicious. Prices are suitable for quality and taste.

The hotel is very classy, beautiful and original features, the price is not bad, overall experience is pleasant, on the fourth floor of a very posh restaurant, next to a constantly running pool, no extra smells, everything is cool.

Clean rooms and toilets. WiFi is excellent. On reception workers don’t speak english.

It's nice and clean. A little bit noisy and nibody speaks english, but you can manage it by signs :) Wifi works ok.

Standard rooms are in a different building than more expensive ones with a different reception; this gives immediately an unpleasant feeling. No air conditioning and no minibar in standard rooms. Anyway the price is cheap and therefore appropriate to the rooms. The breakfast was half not good (ham, cheese, tomatoes were just out from fridge and wet) and half fantastic (pancakes). Staff is very kind

Hotel in this town is very high. They have special price room at this Hotel. But it is not many room. I am Traveller by bicycle . I got cheap room luckily.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

If you speak only English you'll have really hard time at breakfast. :(

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. You might want to book your room on the lower levels

I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff. They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!

I would say location is perfect as it is very central, but on a very quiet street. Very friendly service and the room is very spacious. The decor is simple and it was perfect for a few nights stay. You have got everything for a comfortable stay.

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff can speak English, knows surrounding and is helpful. Restaurant on fifth floor has quite nice view and very reasonable prices.

Quaint older style hotel in the bustling Port area. Helpful staff and nice comfortable facilities. I didn't particularly care but it was perhaps a little noisy being in the middle of such a vibrant part of Odesa. Then at 10 o'clock was quiet again due to curfew.

A nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast. They provide toiletries, a robe, and slippers in your room, and change your towels daily. There's also a gym, free for hotel guests. The room is spacious with a wide, comfortable bed.

Good hotel and restaurant, but not intresting location nearby.

Great, not superb. To start with, the territory is quite good with a lot of space, swimming pool, patios and stuff. Also animals tun around freely, which makes this place quite unusual and authentic. However, some things are far from being great. To start with staff at the restaurant is overwhelmed with work and you have to wait quite a while to get your order. Water in rented houses is very slow...

Nice, beautiful and natural place close to Poltava with it's accommodation, restaurant and aqua park available all the summer. P.s. It's better to book it beforehand for your convenience and assurance.

I love this place ❣ When you are tired of the city noise, this place can fill you out with fresh positive vibes! The territory is huge with a large variety of animals, some of them are walking among little paths, which makes you feel close to the nature. If you decide to visit this place, please do not forget swimming suits - the outdoor aqua park with three heated swimming pools and slides will tempt...

For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

We had a deluxe room (suit). It was very clean with 2 big screen TV, balcony, comfortable pillows, 2 big bottle of water for tea, very nice, bright and premium quality furniture. Powerful hair dryer. Great service and delicious breakfast and dinner in restaurant on first floor!

Pretty, cozy, staff is very supportive and lovely. There is a free transfer to Bukovel if 5 or more people want to go. You should ask the receptionist to put you on the list. Breakfasts are included. If you want to take breakfast to go, you should ask for it in the restaurant and get it in the evening before. Fantastic views. Taxi from the railway station is 60hrn .

I stayed here once, around five years ago. Service was fine, room was small but properly equipped and decorated. Food in the restaurant was good, and I particularly liked the deserts. Their berry mille-feuille was really great! Only strange memory I have from the stay, that they could not enroll me into loyalty program upon checking. They told me I had to do it in the site and it will only work starting...

"Discover Ukraine" special offer makes this hotel very appealing place to spend weekend. Perfect location, clean, no unpleasant scent, decent wifi. The only questionable thing - breakfast (not much to choose from, no fruits also it's fruit season, no tasty or healthy options).

When I guide people from other countries, like today from Canada, when it's you want to escape and air conditioner here helps) menu in English language is available. Staff is friendly and if you want to make changes to dishes, like no mayonnaise, I had no problems with that. Who'd like to taste Mediterranean cuisine - welcome) dishes to any taste

This place has become our salvation! The room did not have, but to die of hunger is not given. Breakfast here was typed before seeing the sights of the city. The food is delicious!
