We rested in the complex from February 13 to 15. We were very disappointed with this establishment. The water in the pool is cold, it was impossible to swim. On Sunday at breakfast at 9:30 am. The buffet was empty. Absolutely empty. You still need to work a lot on the service! We wish you good luck!

We rested in Bayka for 10 days. The big advantage of the complex is its location, the presence of an outdoor and indoor pool, which is why we chose it for our vacation But there were also a number of disadvantages - those that are immediately noticeable, and those that become noticeable only after a long stay. Good breakfasts, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff. The sauna is not on wood, dry, this is probably the only downside. The indoor pool, although not new, but clean, the water is warm and not too chlorinated, deep enough and large in area. Beautiful scenery from the room window. Very good place to relax.

Probably the best hotel in town. A beautiful place in the mountains. But! The rooms are cold! She lived on the 1st floor of a suite - in the bedroom there is just a sobering-up station. Small thin blankets... Guys, but after all, warmth in winter is the elementary conditions for the comfort of your guests!

It is a nice complex in the local town next to small villages. It has good amenities. Room are nice, however the furniture is quite basic. There are couple trails that you can enjoy right next to the complex. However, the best part is to hire a local guide who will show you the best places and trails this area has to offer.

Tasty steaks and salads. Quite cozy atmosphere and good service. Prices are moderate.

Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, even in the attic room is very good soundproofing. The biggest downside is going uphill in the evening with a gear. But it is easily solved by a taxi for 150 UAH from anywhere in Buki. Congratulations on your birthday with champagne)

Nice small and modern equipped hotel, near to center. Friendly staff, nice view to city, clean rooms and that's all for a decent price! Unfortunately no spa and the breakfast is a bit weak which is owed to Corona restrictions. I recommend.

My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

I arrived late at the hotel. Unfortunately, I asked a quiet room and I've got a Nightclub on top of my room. I alsi thiught my room would be bigger, so don't be fooled by the pictures...The overall stay was good. The breakfast was AMAZING.

The hotel is amazing! We got great pleasure! NEW, modern, comfortable. And the panoramic view of Lviv is especially delightful! I admired him every minute. We also want to note the work of the restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the chef never ceased to amaze with his skill. Recommended!

Service is fine rooms outdated and could use a freshen up. Shower cabine is small and getting in and out too complicated because of the high edge. Price/quality ok

Reikartz is an excellent business hotel in the center of Sumy, Ukraine. Clean and quiet. Very basic but excellent if you need a clean and quiet place.

Good hotel ,unfortunately i was involved in incident with water from a bar and had to pay twice because it was administration error...i left with bitter feeling,dont know if i will stay there again,i ve stayed there 3 times in past and it is shame i probably have to find another hotel.As i ve learned on my mistake,i advise other guests to keep all reciepts if you buying anything from rooms bar.

Very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and central location. Good café and restaurant. They made breakfast to go when we had an early train. Highly recommended in Sumy.

Beautiful landscape and interior. Nice staff. Rested a few times in this place - only positive emotions. Love the kitchen and live music. If someone wants to sit as a separate group, there are cozy cabins.

Amazing place near the slopes. Has a large parking so even if it gets crowded you have a place to leave your car. Really hot and cozy in the rooms. We stayed at the last floor, the attic and the views over the bukovel 🎿 area were great! Recommend!

I stayed here when I was in Odessa and it was comfortable. It is slightly away from most of the sights in the centre of the city.

I stayed in a very large room for a good price. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The most important problem for me was when i went in to shower, the water was not hot. It was only 'warm'. There are several advantages in this hotel: the location is Central, the restaurant with Georgian cuisine (always wonderful), the room – clean and tidy, the atmosphere is wonderful!

Good value for money. A bit far for the centre if you wanna go to independence square but you can take an uber for £3 so it is not bad. I think it is a good option to sleep here and move around to the city by Uber

The hotel is not bad. Clean, the view is beautiful. Hotel staff is good. The restaurant of Hotel in the plaza (5.th floor) is a famous steakhouse. Only the meats on the menu are delicious. Prices are suitable for quality and taste.

The hotel is very classy, beautiful and original features, the price is not bad, overall experience is pleasant, on the fourth floor of a very posh restaurant, next to a constantly running pool, no extra smells, everything is cool.

It's nice and clean. A little bit noisy and nibody speaks english, but you can manage it by signs :) Wifi works ok.

Standard rooms are in a different building than more expensive ones with a different reception; this gives immediately an unpleasant feeling. No air conditioning and no minibar in standard rooms. Anyway the price is cheap and therefore appropriate to the rooms. The breakfast was half not good (ham, cheese, tomatoes were just out from fridge and wet) and half fantastic (pancakes). I would say location is perfect as it is very central, but on a very quiet street. Very friendly service and the room is very spacious. The decor is simple and it was perfect for a few nights stay. You have got everything for a comfortable stay.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff.
