Great place to stay. Quite with a parking, not far away from the centre. For each visitors I recommand to use a sauna. It is amazing!

The resort was beautiful with many things to do. But it was a little far away from the center. The staff was smiley and even though they could not talk english very well they tried.

The hotel is quite good. But for some reason, management decided that to show I can and maid. Very nice woman, but in some significant issues simply do not have the information. A winter getaway is just what you need. The outdoor pool is warm in winter. Spa access is included in the price. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant is atmospheric. I recommend it.

Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, even in the attic room is very good soundproofing. The biggest downside is going uphill in the evening with a gear. But it is easily solved by a taxi for 150 UAH from anywhere in Buki. Congratulations on your birthday with champagne)

Good breakfasts, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff. The sauna is not on wood, dry, this is probably the only downside. The indoor pool, although not new, but clean, the water is warm and not too chlorinated, deep enough and large in area. Beautiful scenery from the room window. Very good place to relax.

Probably the best hotel in town. A beautiful place in the mountains. But! The rooms are cold! She lived on the 1st floor of a suite - in the bedroom there is just a sobering-up station. Small thin blankets... Guys, but after all, warmth in winter is the elementary conditions for the comfort of your guests!

It is a nice complex in the local town next to small villages. It has good amenities. Room are nice, however the furniture is quite basic. There are couple trails that you can enjoy right next to the complex. However, the best part is to hire a local guide who will show you the best places and trails this area has to offer.

Decent rooms with all conveniences (a toilet, a bathroom with water heater, TV, fridge, Minibar, balcony), want to cook for yourself, you can have a room with a kitchenette, although the hotel has a cafe (big hearty meals like). In the basement salt room and a sauna with a swimming pool.

Great hotel. Seems to be quite new(maybe it is). There is a room for team with dryers, which is very convenient. The staff is responsible, we left things there, and we sent them new mail. The only thing I disliked was terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom in the corner rooms.

I stayed in a very large room for a good price. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The most important problem for me was when i went in to shower, the water was not hot. It was only 'warm'. There are several advantages in this hotel: the location is Central, the restaurant with Georgian cuisine (always wonderful), the room – clean and tidy, the atmosphere is wonderful!

Standard rooms are in a different building than more expensive ones with a different reception; this gives immediately an unpleasant feeling. No air conditioning and no minibar in standard rooms. Anyway the price is cheap and therefore appropriate to the rooms. The breakfast was half not good (ham, cheese, tomatoes were just out from fridge and wet) and half fantastic (pancakes). We've stayed 2 nights, communication and hospitality are good enough. Room was cleaner than we expected. Room temperature over 26, good to find water dispenser at each floor. It smells caramel in rooms, it was super good feeling.

If you're looking for a lot of amenities or 4 and 5 star hotel look elsewhere. But for price, location, and cleanliness it'd be hard to beat. I'll definitely be staying again.

For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

Exceeded all expectations. There were 6 of us for dinner and everyone was very happy. The taste and the presentation are both great.

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff.
