Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are huge and richly decorated. The air-conditioning works without problems. I didn’t have dinners there, but breakfasts were realitively poor. Service is not especially friendly, what I’ve experienced during accommodation.

Great place, we traveled with little baby and they where so nice to us. Even provided baby chair for us to take to the room. Only minus was the very soft bed. Other wise nothing to complain about.

Wi-Fi is a disappointment in this hotel. Of course 4* are better, but in addition to the above, more serious complaints.

Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

Pretty, cozy, staff is very supportive and lovely. There is a free transfer to Bukovel if 5 or more people want to go. You should ask the receptionist to put you on the list. Breakfasts are included. Really liked to stay here. A good addition to a bunch of hotel's services is its location near mountain river, you can hear it from your hotel room. Chilling atmosphere.

Great hotel to relax and try local food

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

Stayed in August 2021. Honestly expected more from this price point. There is no sound insulation at all, so it seems that you are constantly walking over your head. There are few sockets and a lot of crosses what and how to connect. The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash. The disco pool was fun and people where relaxed. Nice staff! (And a very cute cat)

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

Good value, perfect location and staff

Also booked room through Hotels.com. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book. Lady at desk was unpleasant. The next day they magically found my reservation and payment. They paid the money back but the price on the room was different. This is a bait and switch scam.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The room is very clean. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive). The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. - The bath cabine... it is small and a standard size cabine.

On my business trips to Kremenchuk, I always stay in the very center of the city - in the "Helicopter". An excellent, well maintained European style hotel, the best in town. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly English speaking staff, delicious and early breakfast in the cozy lounge.

This is the BEST HOTEL i ever stay on my trip to Ukraine, Kremenchuk. Super luxury! I really liked the hotel room design.The room are big and clean. Staff are very helpful and so polite. Complementary good coffee and WI-fi. They even did my laundry for free. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. My stay was easy and relaxed. Looking forward to come back soon.

Actually, one of my best hotel experiences. Nice and extremely clean hotel rooms, very nice hotel service and beautiful hotel surroundings (new park, square, restaurants and riverbank). Breakfast is served in the restaurant nearby, quiality average. Tap water is not drinkable, but one has unlimited supply of bottled water.

I only had three days in Kremenchug this trip, so chose this hotel instead of apartment. Received large room on fourth floor. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff courteous and speaks excellent English. Great location, small market nearby and central park pleasant to walk. Nice touch is the complimentary Georgian wine though I would live to taste Ukrainian wine!

If you're staying in Nikolayev this is not a bad place to stay. The hotel is an old building that was converted into a hotel. Unfortunately there is no elevator, and you'll have to walk all five floors to your room if you get one on the top floor. I was here as part of mad head competition, so this is not an opinion of an average visitor. In general it is pretty nice, the stuff is ok. Prices are a bit too high. When the restaurant is full, there is not enough toilets.
