Not nearly a 4-star hotel it claims to be. The room wasn't nice, but the staff was.

Its ok but we expected more. The breskfast is really minimal. The spa was not working. And the room we got which faced the wood had bugs that seemed to come from the trees. Other than that it was ok. It is not worth the money you have to pay for it.

Really nice motel, right on the road. Plenty of parking. Great food in the restaurant (which is where they make their money). Rooms are calm, quiet and super clean. The showers are great. The view out the back is pure rural bliss. Some nice cats dotted around. Really friendly staff.

We stayed in a cottage “C”. We should have stayed in a regular room with a queen bed installed. Cottage “C” Is a 2story building with leathered sofas and chairs on the first floor and a queen bed in the second. A hotel for those looking to save money but not expecting comfort. Everything is done at the bare minimum level. The staff are nice, but the overall standard is very low.

Stayed it this hotel begin of August. Pros: 1. Location is great. 2. Nice breakfast 3. Staff is very accommodating Cons: 1. Smell in bathrooms - staff is aware and they can not do much unfortunately. 2. No AC, but they give you portable fan. 3. Sounds proofing is not the greatest. Overall will back for sure.

My room was warm and comfy. I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low. Hotel service is very helpful!

Great place to stay. Quite with a parking, not far away from the centre. For each visitors I recommand to use a sauna. It is amazing!

The resort was beautiful with many things to do. But it was a little far away from the center. The staff was smiley and even though they could not talk english very well they tried.

The hotel is quite good. But for some reason, management decided that to show I can and maid. Very nice woman, but in some significant issues simply do not have the information. To be honest, for the first time on a pre-arranged meeting to me so strangely treated. The rooms here are pleasant, but not supernovae.

Decent rooms with all conveniences (a toilet, a bathroom with water heater, TV, fridge, Minibar, balcony), want to cook for yourself, you can have a room with a kitchenette, although the hotel has a cafe (big hearty meals like). In the basement salt room and a sauna with a swimming pool.

Beauty at it's best the must visit place in odessa and I can bet you'll surely love the natural beauty.

There's nothing much to do in the Winter, except stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh sea air. But in Summer it is packed with restaurants, bars and a nice place to be in general.

Hotel is good to stay 1-2 days in Ivano-Frankovsk. Quite place in the park. Restaurant is really average, hotel rooms are spacious but not super warm.

A restaurant: The cuisine is the most delicious in Shayan. There are potato pancakes, borscht, and bograch. Delicious Kebler beer (about 45 UAH per 0.5 l). Prices are slightly above average. The service is a bit long but the staff are nice. There is payment by card (though only at the bar) - add portable terminals The territory is also the most beautiful in Shayan. Have a rest here with my family last week. A very comfortable complex where you can have a delicious meal in a restaurant, relax on the territory of the complex, swim by the pool, go to the spa with the whole family. A winter getaway is just what you need. The outdoor pool is warm in winter. Spa access is included in the price. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant is atmospheric. I recommend it.

Just returned from a few days ski break in Bukovel. First time in Skilandhouse, after a dozen or more visits to this famous ski area in the Ukraine. To sum up: this is an excellent hotel - with good infrastructure/facilities, clean and confortable, and with nice staff. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back. Would strongly recommend it to other travellers.

And, of course, fabulous serving of dishes by waiters. It was a real show. Before the serving the host described the dish, then the special "dish music" was playing and the waiters with the trays synchronously went dancing in the hall to the rhythm...

I loved the room design. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was polite and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel and you can buy breakfast to eat there or take it to go. Also, there is a grocery store (ATB) and pharmacy relatively close by. There was a fridge in my room. The temperature was always comfortable for me. The shower water pressure and temperature was perfect.
