We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay. The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking.

Staying at OK "Odessa" exceeded expectations because of the professional staff (although cleaning could have been done more often), modern amenities, and the convenient location. Thank you, OK "Odessa".

Excellent location, excellent receptionist, bad room service. I said so, due to bringing my luggages up myself. The service guy was setting and watching. Also, when we ordered an extra blanket, we got it after two calls and 25 min of waiting. The front desk girl was amazing to be honest

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it. The other guests from the hotel next to our room slam the door in the morning and have a dog that is barking and does not let people sleep. When we report this problem the Staff hangs up the phone on us. They are supposed to speak English at this hotel, but the Staff pretend they don't know English. We have many...

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

Visiting Lviv It is a great hotel in the heart of Downtown, right across the shopping mall, surrounded by restaurants. We had an awesome view from our windows. The room was clean, friendly staff, eazy check in/out. The only thing that was missing, it's a mini bar. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Lviv. You can't get a better place for this money.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious

Great location, nice rooms, comfortable bad. Minuses: towels are yellow instead of white, dirty cups. Hotel took a cost of chocolate from a mini bar, which not even was there when I checked in.

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and it's quite at night. Very good design everywhere, it's visible that place is new. The location is ok, it's far from city centre but if you are interested to stay closer to university district it's a good place. The hotel is dog friendly! This is a great place to stay. Modern and definitely has a personality. The front desk staff were nice and the atmosphere is fun. Our room was very nice. Bed was quite firm, and pillows were ok, maybe a little soft for my taste. Visiting Zirka hotel was not my choice it was a roundworm selection from hotel list but after visiting there now finally I know that after this I will be their permeant guest. they easy understand the need of their customers. I have been served the best breakfast that I had never before. every month I have trips to Odessa Zirak will be favored place.

Place is cheap and best to stay

This place is highly underrated for it good prices. Includes free breakfast a stairwell to smoke in. A bar with snack and basic menu. Good Wi-Fi and surprisingly comfortable beds that are big.

Good and cheap hotel with small rooms not far from the City Centre. Breakfast is "originally" ukrainian with boiled eggs and some kind of old tough cheese but satisfies ;) I enjoyed it to be here!

What can I say... Maybe the price is not high for the city, but it would be possible for this money to try to remove all hair from the bed and to freshen the air, after the previous customer. Because in my room a mist from someone's feces... No exaggeration. The staff is really polite and the location is good. At night you can Wake up the conversations in the hallway next to your door or moans behind...

The location is great for tourists on a budget as the prices here are small. But the service accordingly. You can rent a room for about three hours, perfect for students who have no money for an apartment. In the room I have this furniture as a bed, two bedside tables, TV, hanger. Small shower and toilet. There is hot water.

Also booked room through Hotels.com. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book. Lady at desk was unpleasant. The next day they magically found my reservation and payment. They paid the money back but the price on the room was different. This is a bait and switch scam.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The room is very clean. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive). The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. - The bath cabine... it is small and a standard size cabine.

I remember a building which was before this (as I grew up in the house next to it), it’s a pity they couldn’t keep it. The hotel itself is a decent place, both quiet and comfortable, with great staff.

It was a hard way to get to the Shargorod, because of several parts destroyed ukrainian roads, but when we finally reached the hotel-we were amazed how beautiful, quite and peaceful it was there. We were the only guests, friendly welcoming guard showed us around, told a bit the story of the place and recommended where we could eat cheap and tasty! Was such a pleasant stay with the lovely atmosphere...

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Located on the territory of the plant. Shargorod itself is not intended for tourists, therefore, everything is tight with cafes and grocery stores. However, the hotel provides all the amenities. Personally, I only stayed one night for work. But if I happened to come to Shargorod or nearby settlements for a week or two, then I would prefer to stay at this hotel. Thanks...

An example of a responsible business - they could sell the remains of the factory for scrap, instead, they have been developing an art space in a small provincial town for years. Quiet, peaceful location of the hotel allows you to enjoy the nature around. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff and the owner are very attentive to the guests! True, the number indicated in the contacts is outdated, and a new one has not been added. And there is no cafe on site. But in Shargorod there is a cafe or a restaurant where you can have dinner :) in general, not bad;)

Great new hotel. Great place, unconventional approach to the use of the territory. Clean beautiful pond, suitable for swimming (beach) and fishing. Quiet place in an ecologically clean area. The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to the train station and all public transport. The staff is friendly and the service is very high quality. But old furniture, very bad Internet, lack of broadcasting of a sufficient number of channels with an old TV spoil all positive emotions.

It was quite and secure hotel to stay, but they should do their cleaning service better. Accomodation price was reasonable. Breakfast service was nice, but they should improve the quality and increase type of the food.

Good Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.

Great place It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)

I love this hotel because it has a good atmosphere, well placed if you get by a taxi and don't rush, and very generous! Booked a suite for an overnight stop over. Room was generally fine by local standards. But in the early morning, a foul-smelling maintenance person entered the room unannounced while I was in an adjoining room of the suite. We had no call from the front desk. Ternopil is a lovely city and the Hotel "Ternopil" is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the city has to offer. I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kyiv. Professional staff is doing their best to make staying in the hotel comfortable. Hearty breakfast is included in the room rate. The only downside is that the interior requires complete renovation.

Very good breakfast, cold and hot meals. Nice staff, fast check in and check out. Big room, toilet and bathroom was separate Very close to Old Town, 10 minutes on foot. It was really safe and comfortable stay. Bar and kitchen could be opened longer but there are a lot of place to eat and drink in Lviv center.
