Beautiful east European style property with all the charm

Great place. We celebrated 30 years of marriage with my family. Delicious liqueur and delicious food. Our waitress, Anya, was a very positive and upbeat girl, and thanks to her, the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere.

A very decent establishment, with polite staff and a good selection of drinks and food. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Parking is available.

We spent the weekend at this hotel; it's cozy, warm, and clean. The staff is friendly. The room was standard—no complaints. Breakfast is included, so you won't go hungry. The spa, sauna, pool, and other amenities were clean—we were very satisfied. Our stay coincided with my birthday, and the hotel management prepared a pleasant surprise. My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

I would say that this is an unusual hotel located in a compound composed of businesses, educational and religious institutions. Everything is clean, up-to-date, the staff is friendly. A good opportunity to taste Kosher cuisine at breakfast and at restaurant. Fair price for the quality offered.

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations. Like others have indicated the breakfast is poor, so much so that we skipped it after the first day. Late opening times for the gym meant this was never tried.

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.

This is a wonderful hotel; I've stayed here before. They offer a buffet. Since the hotel is located in the Menorah, it's close to the Dnipro Jewish Museum, access to the rooftop observation deck, and tours of the Menorah. There's a café, bar, and restaurant near the museum, as well as a small supermarket.

You will be lucky if you come across this place... I stayed in 2 different rooms, and loved both of them, which were both substantial. what great service, and such beautiful staff, music, place for running, horse riding, sauna, spa, massage, or just chilling at the pond and sipping martinis, cocktails, tea, coffee, or the delicious food brunch bar... this place is heaven.

Although the prices are quite high, the quality of accommodation, food, service, and overall experience are worth every penny. The magnificent pools and natural surroundings are perfect for complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone and visit regularly myself. You won't regret it. P.S., I recommend parents with children to visit the stables.

An excellent establishment. Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff with fluent Ukrainian. I especially liked the hammam in the spa. The massage therapists were excellent. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff: everything was delicious, including incredible desserts and hearty Swedish breakfasts. The site is good and quiet, rooms are comfortable. What definitely needs to improve is spa complex work hours (closes at 8 spring - summer time) and probably some basic services like coffee in the room shouldn't be additional cost (given the cost of stay is quite high in general)

I stayed on the 10th floor with a view towards the mosque. The room had a good standard, was clean and I liked both bed and pillows. AC and wireless internet worked fine. Only issue with the room was the paper thin doors. If you have noisy people in the corridor you will be disturbed. Location is good. Check-in was a breeze. I never tried the breakfast. This was our first time at BLACK SEA CENTRAL and we chose Superior Room 1050. We sincerely thank you for the cleanliness of the room, which felt like home. It was a pleasure, and not at all squeamish, to use the bathroom and relax on the snow-white bed. The receptionists and maids were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good service, clean and cozy, prices vary from reasonably low to high and correspond to quality. Located in the heart of Odessa, not far from the train station and about 30 minutes on foot from the sea.

Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks. And the hotel parking offered to me was four blocks away and limited to two indoor spaces, so reserve/discuss one if this is important to you. But what a great hotel.

Rooms were OK, only the bedside lamp was broken. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, when asking about it at reception (and also telling about the bed side lamp) they did not understand as receptionist was not speaking English. When communicating through my travel companion in Ukrainian the receptionist told us the boiler is being repaired. She was very unfriendly, not a single smile...

I stayed at that hotel for a couple of days, and the most unpleasant and confusing part was the service at the reception. Their bad attitude. I can handle it usually, but when I mentioned something in my room wasn’t working and they responded with ‘everything works there,’ followed by an unwilling ‘ok, I’ll send somebody to your room,’ with a look of frustration, I really didn’t like it.

Rooms are XL and seems that nothing has been changed in the past 30 years when communism ended, including the stained leather sofa couches. Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

The sauna here is great, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room. 👍 There's also a pool table, two tables with chairs, and sofas for relaxing. We were very pleased with our weekend stay in room 215. It's nice and spacious, with lots of mirrors and a balcony overlooking the main entrance. The room matches the photos on the website. The staff is attentive and friendly.
