It was quiet when I visited. Friendly staff, clean place and well maintained. Has a shelter. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good tea/coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk across the park to town.

Very nice stay for a work seminar. The hotel overlooks a beautiful park, with an easy 15-20 minute walk to old town, Lviv. We stayed there because they have a bomb shelter in the basement for the almost daily (while we were there) missile or drone attacks on the city. Two of us stayed here for four days and nights. I love this hotel and will return. The staff are super helpful and multilingual, and go out of their way to help. Housekeeping is wonderful and it’s straight across the lane from a huge supermarket which has everything you can imagine. Wifi is fast and the bed comfortable. Highly recommended

The presence of an elevator, rooms for people with disabilities, covered parking for cars and a restaurant are clear advantages compared to many options in Kharkiv. This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

The personel and cleaning is perfect. Customer satisfaction is very good. a bit far from the city center but calm and peaceful.

Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

I stayed for more than 10 days. The hotel room was nice. Also the sheets and towels were clean. We also had no problems with hot water and electricity outages.

GREAT LOCATION with painfully pretentious staff. Pro tip for all you service workers (I was one for years)…You are not fancy because your clientele are. I’ve stayed here twice and despite my wife being from Kyiv and speaking flawless Ukrainian and Russian, the desk always acts like we’re a burden. Even the two doormen are snobs.

Although the prices are quite high, the quality of accommodation, food, service, and overall experience are worth every penny. The magnificent pools and natural surroundings are perfect for complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone and visit regularly myself. You won't regret it. The site is good and quiet, rooms are comfortable. What definitely needs to improve is spa complex work hours (closes at 8 spring - summer time) and probably some basic services like coffee in the room shouldn't be additional cost (given the cost of stay is quite high in general)

I would say that this is an unusual hotel located in a compound composed of businesses, educational and religious institutions. Everything is clean, up-to-date, the staff is friendly. A good opportunity to taste Kosher cuisine at breakfast and at restaurant. Fair price for the quality offered.

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations. Like others have indicated the breakfast is poor, so much so that we skipped it after the first day. Late opening times for the gym meant this was never tried.

This is a wonderful hotel; I've stayed here before. They offer a buffet. Since the hotel is located in the Menorah, it's close to the Dnipro Jewish Museum, access to the rooftop observation deck, and tours of the Menorah. There's a café, bar, and restaurant near the museum, as well as a small supermarket.

I stayed on the 10th floor with a view towards the mosque. The room had a good standard, was clean and I liked both bed and pillows. AC and wireless internet worked fine. Only issue with the room was the paper thin doors. If you have noisy people in the corridor you will be disturbed. Location is good. Check-in was a breeze. I never tried the breakfast. This was our first time at BLACK SEA CENTRAL and we chose Superior Room 1050. We sincerely thank you for the cleanliness of the room, which felt like home.
