The hotel is great. No complaints. And we loved being so close to the Market Square scene. So WCGW? Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks. And the hotel parking offered to me was four blocks away and limited to two indoor spaces, so reserve/discuss one if this is important to you. But what a great hotel.

Rooms were OK, only the bedside lamp was broken. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, when asking about it at reception (and also telling about the bed side lamp) they did not understand as receptionist was not speaking English. When communicating through my travel companion in Ukrainian the receptionist told us the boiler is being repaired. She was very unfriendly, not a single smile...

I stayed at that hotel for a couple of days, and the most unpleasant and confusing part was the service at the reception. Their bad attitude. I can handle it usually, but when I mentioned something in my room wasn’t working and they responded with ‘everything works there,’ followed by an unwilling ‘ok, I’ll send somebody to your room,’ with a look of frustration, I really didn’t like it.

We recently stayed her for a week. The room and building were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Hotel is very nice with great facilities for families (pool, bowling, play area for kids). The rooms could use some updating but still comfortable. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Very spacious, Soviet-style hotel, and staff (without a smile). Rooms are XL and seems that nothing has been changed in the past 30 years when communism ended, including the stained leather sofa couches. Breakfast is served in buffet style in a ball room, where you would think each minute the president would walk in. In the palace style hallway the light are off, and hard to find the lift. Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

The place is excellent. Nice rooms, nice service. Large landscaped area. When you are there, you understand that a big and noisy city is very close. The cuisine is delicious. Large selection of food and drinks. There is a swimming pool, a beach, several restaurants, a cinema opening)

the food is delicious but it takes a long time to cook. the waitress girls are very unhappy, the service is unpleasant. We were on Saturday afternoon, there was always an advertisement for the event on the screen, but I would like to see a more interesting broadcast.

Extremely nice place for spending few days. Impressive restaurant with featuring sea food kitchen. Large internal area featured with lots of land designs and other stuff, making your walk there very pleasant and enjoying.

The lobby is a meeting place for all sorts of corrupt officials. I haven't heard of anyone living there. Personally, I use the exchange office there.

Excellent hotel, great service, huge breakfast! The internet is not as reliable as some, but not bad. Not really walking distance to places for most people,but convenient for auto traffic. I will definitely return next time I am in Kharkiv.

The sauna here is great, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room. 👍 There's also a pool table, two tables with chairs, and sofas for relaxing. If you're looking to relax with friends in the sauna, I highly recommend this option

A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm. (And the air conditioning is on—you can heat the room even more, but it's not necessary.) As the residence of Stalin: strict and gloomy. For breakfast, meat is eaten and meat is seized. The price is doubled. For one time for one night will do.

We were very pleased with our weekend stay in room 215. It's nice and spacious, with lots of mirrors and a balcony overlooking the main entrance. The room matches the photos on the website. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Okay place if you don't expect too much. Generally clean and okay to stay overnight but it's an old hotel with minor upgrades. If you're not frightened by Soviet style and just need to stop overnight you'll be okay.

Comfortable hotel, perfect service and very tasty cuisine

The room is cozy and has a nice view, but sound isolation not so good, and you can hear neighbors through the wall. The bed was very soft and clean. For some reason, hot water in a shower during my visit was not stable, and the temperature sometimes was not comfortable enough. Breakfast there is included, and the taste is ok, but coffee is not the best. The wifi in the hotel area has no encryption...

The view to the sea is parțial blocked by some trees and a building.. The distance between the hotel and the beach is aprox. 800m downhill.. Clients do not ușe masks..

I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations. The pricing puts it also on the level of expectations, where double badroom is €50-60 and mini suites are twice as much or a bit more, and this is the standard...

You get what you pay for as this is a hotel located just next to the main bus station and not so far from the main railway station of Dnipro. We ordered a vat for 2 hours. The water in the vat gradually heated up. When we arrived, the water was warm, but after 15 minutes it was already about 40-42 degrees.
