Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

Wonderful place! A hotel with a capital letter, just as it should be! There is a great spa area with a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, I take my child there, he is very happy! The Christmas tree this year is wonderful! Happy New Year to all!

It's been a long time since I've been to a hotel that I can only speak about in complimentary terms. Five stars are not a set of cliches, but thoughtfulness in every detail, well-coordinated teamwork, 100% respect for clients, caring and the ability to value the reputation of the "company". A comfortable spacious room with all the convenient little joys, wonderful SPA and pool, wonderful design of the lobby, bars, restaurants... Excellent breakfasts! I was looking for at least one negative detail... perhaps the prices in the Japanese restaurant on the first floor. It's hard to surprise a resident of Israel with prices. Even Switzerland and Norway can't beat us... but then there's Kyiv... yes, 5 stars, yes, the very central city center, yes, chic and shine, but control yourself! How many Michelin stars do you have? Seven? Eight? Or is this some kind of show-off? Ugh... For everything else, a big human Jewish thank you!

The hotel and it`s service have seen better days. Everything in the hotel is decent except the price. The location is good, very close to the Taras Shevchenko Park. Breakfast is merely ok and the service can be good or bad. Stayed here twice, once before full scale invasion and once during.

I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch. However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost. The rooftop bar is great. Nice view, super friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who are supossed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and say "take whatever you want". Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.

A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.
