Great service, nice hotel with rooms kind of under the ground, especially for safety this location makes you feel a bit better with air raid on. The rooms are adequate though a little cramped. The staff are nice. The worst thing was the gated compound which i got locked out of at 11pm. No contact to reception is available except a phone number which is no good if you dont have a local phone number or go roaming. I tried to attach the gate key to the room key but its not possible. So my gate key fell out of my pocket. I was forced to slide flat...

Very well located, and very helpful staff. The rooms themselves feel a bit old fashioned in their lighting since this is an old hotel. Good and inexpensive food at their restaurant.

The good points about staying at the hotel are the central location, the room styles, the friendly and English speaking staff but the bad points are the noise as you'd hear people in the morning when they're opening or closing their doors since the rooms require old style keys instead of new digital ones + the rooms are not dark enough as they lack draping and extra curtain layers to make the room...

Was waiting for the reception staff for the 15 minutes and was charged twice!

Dinner was amazing, but how can we relax here with kids while you are turning on music like extremely loud like in mad house? Kindly rename the place from Dendra to Phyco Discos. Now it's 21.00 and it's Saturday (I believe mostly people are coming to relax not to get annoyed by you from this noise). Strongly not recommended for people looking for piece. For disco club also not suitable location.

The Pavlova desert maybe the best Kyiv may offer, while steak is not recommended at all.

Strange place. From one pov it’s quite nice calm and green but then someone could rent a central building and make a party with a loud music till the very night. And also you might hear racing cars driving not so far from the place. Doubly think it suppose to be called “dendra”. Huge price for VIP house but not very good experience. Also, quite expensive restaurant.

I liked the location. It's a quiet country complex, despite being right on the highway. The grounds aren't large, but you can spend a pleasant time in the stylish gazebo. Prices are above average.

Great hotel with warm and helpful staff. Location is very good as it is just 15 minutes from the Monument of Motherland. It's located on a ship on the Dnipro River with a great view on the other bank. Room was spacious, clean and had good wi-fi signal.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here. We were pleased with our choice of restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was attentive. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant and hotel rooms are impressive.

Beautiful old fashioned interior design, I will return when in Kiev. The room is clean, comfortable, plenty of space, good bathroom with shower and bath, plus toilet, sink, amazing mirror and lighting. Helpful interesting Night Porter enables in/out during the night to keep up with Kiev's attractions.

I was on a business trip. I liked everything. The standard was decent, even better than some five-star hotels, in my opinion.

This hotel could use some renovations. It's location is fantastic, but the hotel itself leaves little to be desired. The furniture is cheap plastic painted gold that's pealing off. If you're looking for a place to stay that's near just about everything and you're on a budget, this place suits the need. If you're looking for a bit more of a luxurious experience, there are others that are more optimal

Traditional hotel near the city center in historical district. The hotel is not big, with classic interior. Almost everything is sort of a old fashioned but still of a good quality and in good condition. Basic hotel cosmetics, slippers and bath robes are provided. From the disadvantages: high price, limited TV channels with bad signal, and during my stay there was some problems with water pressure

The hotel is nice and beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and they have everything you need. The only downside is the limited TV channels, but that's not a big deal, and the Wi-Fi is poor, which isn't great. I didn't have breakfast, but I'll let you know when I get back to you.

The hotel has great potential. Its standard and suite rooms are head and shoulders above those of most Kyiv hotels in this price range. "Price and quality" is the top priority!

A good hotel in a nice old district of Kyiv - Podil.

An old style hotel but with good features. It is central, its WiFi is very good and fast and the breakfast, which is made on your order, is also very good. I am staying for two weeks and was upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. Comparing comfort to price, I think it will be hard to match the benefits of this hotel.

Overall ok. But the breakfast was bad.

Very cosy hotel. Great central location but not noisy. Personnel was very polite abs attentive to all our needs. We were there while the Russian barbarians were still continuing their attack on Ukraine, but Kyiv was completely safe. The hotel personnel made sure e feel safe and they were ready to evacuate us to the closest shelter in case of an emergency. But nothing happened. Hope to visit again after...

Small boutique hotel in the centre of town, suitable for single and doubles races, travel, etc. Nearby - metro offices at the hem, plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Lunch It was great but the main thing i appreciated i had a bus to catch at 630am so i checked out at 5am and they had the most epic lunch box prepared for me with maybe the best sandwich ive ever had. Id go back just for another sandwich

You need to notify guests that the spa will not be available if they don't book it in advance. We were very disappointed to find that absolutely no services were available when we arrived. Also, you should give guests two room keys if there's more than 1 person in the group. Very inconvenient to share 1 key, especially because the lights turn off if someone needs to take it with them.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.

Excellent location, good transport interchange, nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, metro, attractions within walking distance. The service is super, the staff is friendly, they extended the room until the evening without any problems, we had a bus late in the evening. the room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city! The rooms were excellently equipped with kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The staff was brilliant, most speaking 4-6 languages and very helpful about ongoing events in the city. We arrived at around 6:30 pm easy check in they don’t accept US dollar so I need just 5 minutes walk for exchange even they let my family to go inside the apartment which was big with nice kitchen and table for 4 person and amazing bathroom with washing machine and huge terrace Very clean apartment with nice complement tea and coffee capsule for one day but if you need more you can buy Room cleaning...
