This place is great for the price. There is a restaurant/bar in the basement of the building that does serve breakfast. Location is decent

At first they gave us the wrong room, the second time they gave us the wrong key to the door. The room was not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors we couldn't sleep when they woke up at 7 morning. The breakfast so bad. There was no shampoo and no kettle the room clean

Honestly, adequate. The bed was creaking as you wouldn’t believe, the head rest leather coating started to peel off, therefore, covering the bed in these little pieces, the wood covering the wall in the bathroom started to unglue as well.. Traditional hotel near the city center in historical district. The hotel is not big, with classic interior. Almost everything is sort of a old fashioned but still of a good quality and in good condition. Basic hotel cosmetics, slippers and bath robes are provided. From the disadvantages: high price, limited TV channels with bad signal, and during my stay there was some problems with water pressure

The hotel is nice and beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and they have everything you need. The only downside is the limited TV channels, but that's not a big deal, and the Wi-Fi is poor, which isn't great. I didn't have breakfast, but I'll let you know when I get back to you.

The hotel has great potential. Its standard and suite rooms are head and shoulders above those of most Kyiv hotels in this price range. "Price and quality" is the top priority!

A good hotel in a nice old district of Kyiv - Podil.

An old style hotel but with good features. It is central, its WiFi is very good and fast and the breakfast, which is made on your order, is also very good. I am staying for two weeks and was upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. Comparing comfort to price, I think it will be hard to match the benefits of this hotel.

Overall ok. But the breakfast was bad.

Very cosy hotel. Great central location but not noisy. Personnel was very polite abs attentive to all our needs. We were there while the Russian barbarians were still continuing their attack on Ukraine, but Kyiv was completely safe. The hotel personnel made sure e feel safe and they were ready to evacuate us to the closest shelter in case of an emergency. But nothing happened. Hope to visit again after...

Small boutique hotel in the centre of town, suitable for single and doubles races, travel, etc. Nearby - metro offices at the hem, plenty of restaurants and cafes.

I Stayed last April , 2013 for 4 days , Overall great value if you consifer the room quality , Hotel service, breakfast, location , and good WIFI. I am returning again in November

Hotel's room are very clean and modern. I have suffered from shower water, it was coming low. Could not take shower properly. Location & price balanced.

Good value for money. A bit far for the centre if you wanna go to independence square but you can take an uber for £3 so it is not bad. I think it is a good option to sleep here and move around to the city by Uber

I was a little bit hesitant to book this place because of the bad reviews. However my room was massive with a amazing view of the city. I could see The Motherland Monument from my bed. Rooms are okay and clean, hot water, towels, and soap, and the hotel is well situated. However, I suspect them to get you the more expensive rooms even though the hotel is almost empty. So beware!

We were on a budget trip and booked a room with three beds. We were given a separate bathroom but toilet was inside our room. The receptionist was very kind and all smiling. Ocean plaza is mall very close to the hotel (40 UAH - UBER). The restaurant below the hotel wasn't very impressive but it wasn't bad. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for the price we paid.

A nice hotel, a bit far from city but very comfortable rooms and great amenities. It is atleast a four star hotel at a price of 3 star. So if you dont want to be in the city center and just have to work and go, this might be the best choice for you. The rooms and bathroom are refurbished. The hotel restaurant is very good, you will enjoy a good breakfast. Recommended

Great beautiful complex! Spacious rooms with all amenities, delicious food in a stylish restaurant, SPA, not far from the airport Boryspol. Our arrival exceeded expectations. We will definitely come back to spend more time here.

A great place to stay if you are about to visit Kyiv for business or fun. Comfy rooms with all the necessary utensils, stable WiFi, no noise, and suitable location in the city's historical center—are just some of the benefits for tourists. I'd also like to mention quick & easy registration, breakfast options, and English-speaking personnel. Surely come back once in Kyiv.

I stayed here for a month. My living situation was uncertain and this hotel was perfect for that. The staff was friendly and patient with me since I didn’t speak Ukrainian or Russian. Overall, if you’re not looking for something glamorous but something that gets the job done and on a budget with a friendly smile then this a good place to stay.

Slippers and a pan are missing in the room. Besides that, feels secured. You will find it hard to find the entrance at your first arrival, just roam around the long building and walk through the light. Reception is kind and helpful but most of the receptionist ladies don't speak English at all. Bring your own translate. Decent hotel for its price. The drainage system definitely need some maintenance. Sink was blocked as we entered. Economic choice for short stay.Close to metropolitan from where you can get to beautiful sightseeing of the city. Supermarket is just down cross the road.

Safe and secure place to stay. Our favorite restaurant was one minute walk away. This hotel is near to Metro and a very good value.

Good place to stay for a while. A great location near the metro station (only 1 stop from the city center). A shopping center, McDonald's, supermarket and open market is here as well. Very convenient for the one who wants to be independent during his stay but to have all the advantages of good apartment. No food provided.

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests. The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it. You can come back here!

The hotel is wonderful. A friendly administrator meets from the doorway, there is an elevator. The hotel has a grocery store and a restaurant. The room is very clean, aired in advance. There are towels, you can ask for a hairdryer. The accessories included a shoe sponge and 2 soaps. Other things could be bought from the administrator. Very nice, quite and clean hotel. Without a restaurant, though, but there are many places for breakfast and dinner in vicinity. . The staff is kind and professional, check in procedure was amazingly quick and uncomplicated, without any papers to fill in. I recommend for breakfast to visit Khlebnyy café and bakery just around the corner.

Honestl not bad minibar better than average as was aircon and shower. Bed a bit tired Hidden away behind open food market. Metro close. Taxis do not come over river willingly.

Very close to Levoberejnay metro station. Clean room and bathroom. The personnel speak Russian and Ukrainian. A little too noisy because the hotel is right near the street market. Also, no heavy blinds on the windows, so no way to block the sun. Overall - very good hotel fit this price.

Highest level in budget price. COMFORTABLE bed, soft towels, clean, 24h/7days reception, ...and I will probably get invoice/faktura if I want to which is not easy in Ukraine to get.

It is a small one level hotel. Close where I needed to be, bathroom smelt like old smoke and urine and the bed was very creaky and mattress was worn out . It was easy to find under a large mural. It is about 600m from the main rail station.

Stayed here for a night with wife. The hotel is nice, staff are very good people. The room was Japanese some sort of Suite or something... all too well, a Jacuzzi really only tap water was flowing, and all the other "show off" Jacuzzi was not working. Also, the night I caught a cockroach. Was tempted by the Breakfast in the room. Better side eat Breakfast in a cafe. There is nothing bad or special...
