Here its a private room(you hardly meet others staying there) having an old security lady at the door and the hotel reception hidden in 3rd floor(saw it only when booking in) with 2 rooms sharing a fridge also Toilet and shower. Good hostel. Stopped in for an overnight stay. Everything you need is in the room. Shower/toilet shared by a couple of rooms. The location from transport is excellent. Minus, there is no sign, but it is located on one of the floors of the hotel there or something like that.

Stayed here for 4 days in april 2021 (covid times). Very good place, food shops near around the corner, quite neighborhood. Staff very helpful in helping us. Cheap price for the quality of the room. Everything was fine, recommended. One side note: the bed sheets were a little bit too rough for my skin, but I don't consider this their fault.

Hotel is situated out of town about 30 mins drive, but can access the town by taxi. Near shopping area (two shopping malls)... Hotel has free coffee 24/7 which is very nice and reasonably priced...

I believe that park was renovated in the last few years, it looks great and beautiful now. Its is kept clean by the city. There is a small “lake” in the middle close to the place where children can play. Next to that is a place for outdoor exercise. Very nice!

We like the hotel. 10 km to city center but we have a rented car ao its very easy to us. The rooms are new large and very clean. The price is reasonable

My appartement was located next to the chicha bar and I had 3 nights during which loud music was playing till 3am. The reception service is nice some of them do speak English.

Nice Hotel for a stay up to two days but ... The fridge and the TV were not working and there was no room service after the first night...

I remember this hotel as the only one in Obolon. It was very cool and expensive. It is located right in the center of Obolon. I stayed with my husband, we were passing through Kyiv. I can't say that the hotel is good. Everything is old, not being renovated, it is based on old investments. There is no breakfast. There is no service. But it's good that people work in such difficult times for the country

There's no kettle or water in the room, which is annoying when you arrive in the evening and want some tea and have to go to the store. There's a water cooler on the first floor, but there's no water there either. The room is 2300 UAH (superior), but they could at least have included two tea bags or coffee and a kettle; it costs 600 UAH in the Aurora.

Clean, comfortable, nice and quiet. Polite staff. The boiler was enough to fill the bathroom by 70%. Of the minuses - at night the entrance is locked with a key and you have to call the administrator by phone. There is also no rug in the bathroom and a mop to remove overflowing water.

The hotel is wrongly located in Google maps. Hotel Zvezda is behind Gloria Jeans Shop and shares its entrance with a clinic. Lunch It was great but the main thing i appreciated i had a bus to catch at 630am so i checked out at 5am and they had the most epic lunch box prepared for me with maybe the best sandwich ive ever had. Id go back just for another sandwich

You need to notify guests that the spa will not be available if they don't book it in advance. We were very disappointed to find that absolutely no services were available when we arrived. Also, you should give guests two room keys if there's more than 1 person in the group. Very inconvenient to share 1 key, especially because the lights turn off if someone needs to take it with them.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.
