We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station.. We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before. It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time. I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better. On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests...

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here. I met Masoch in 2012, and it’s still my favorite place in the world. I remember the names of all the waitresses and waiters. I practically lived at Masoch when I was in Ukraine. I stayed in the country for a few months and went to Masoch every single day I was there. I hope you remember me with the same affection and love that I remember you. I had an amazing experience when I visited a few years ago and tried delicious braised bull's testicles in balsamic sauce. This time, unfortunately, it's being renovated, so the basement is closed, Masoch's statue is gone, and there are only a few tables. It feels like a normal cafe with a BDSM-themed gift store now. Hope the old atmosphere of the place will stay the same after the renovation.

Have not stayed at the hotel but the Masoch bar is definitely an interesting experience to try out 😏🌶️ If you know - you know. The drinks are really tasty in here but some of them come with special punishments, so be prepared that this is an interactive space. Great concept, location and rooms. Only downside is breakfast isn't served until 10am which is far too late. They did say we could have it in the evening before instead which was quite weird, but ok. We'd definitely stay again anyway, maybe without breakfast

We have been to this establishment several times and were pleased. The menu is unusual both in appearance and its contents with unusual names and presentation. We stayed here for four nights in November, 2023. The British Club has wonderful rooms and excellent service. The location is also perfect for exploring Lviv. The team answered all our questions and was very accommodating in every way. We cannot recommend the British Club in Lviv more highly.

Located very close to the city centre and on a way to railway station. Very nice, clean rooms, receptionist was very helpful. On a ground floor you can find restaurant with very tasty traditional food and really low prices (we were surprised).

My room was warm and comfy. I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low. Hotel service is very helpful!

Visiting few times a year with family and friends. Did few corporate events. Top top quality and service all a time.

A wonderful place for big celebrations: weddings or corporate parties. We cannot but emphasize the delicious dishes prepared by Galytska Korona restaurant. And, of course, fabulous serving of dishes by waiters. It was a real show. Before the serving the host described the dish, then the special "dish music" was playing and the waiters with the trays synchronously went dancing in the hall to the rhythm...

The service is excellent. The waiter is serving with heart and with big smile. The food is really delicious. I'd recommend the mushroom soup and the penne carbonara. The price is reasonable. Thank you

Nice small and modern equipped hotel, near to center. Friendly staff, nice view to city, clean rooms and that's all for a decent price! Unfortunately no spa and the breakfast is a bit weak which is owed to Corona restrictions. I recommend.

My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

I arrived late at the hotel. Unfortunately, I asked a quiet room and I've got a Nightclub on top of my room. I alsi thiught my room would be bigger, so don't be fooled by the pictures...The overall stay was good. The breakfast was AMAZING.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

Great value for the money! Clean, professional administration, and friendly staff. With a choice of three different breakfast menus your day gets off to a good start in L'viv. For volonteers passning through L'viv, or turning over vehicles and donations, the hotel is close to the train station, and there is private parking as well as parking in the street just outside. I arrived very late in the night...

The hotel where value for money is right. My room was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff is helpful and polite. Area is quiet. There is about fifteen to twenty minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast could be better, this is one thing that I was little disappointed.

All gadgets work properly. Wi-Fi has proper bandwidth, no lags. I was especially fascinated by the interior. It us all done in one theme and not a bad one.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building.
