The hotel is great. No complaints. And we loved being so close to the Market Square scene. So WCGW? Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks. And the hotel parking offered to me was four blocks away and limited to two indoor spaces, so reserve/discuss one if this is important to you. But what a great hotel.

It was really safe and comfortable stay. Bar and kitchen could be opened longer but there are a lot of place to eat and drink in Lviv center.

The room is good. It is comfortable and quiet. The room really should have a fridge. Most every room in Ukraine has a fridge as well as a kettle. The breakfast is poor. The breakfast food in the chafing dishes was always cold! This really needs to be addressed!

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.

Family vacation in February 2021 for 8 days. They were more than satisfied. I liked the procedures. The child is 4 years old, he was delighted with the pool, the food suited him. Everything is great, I highly recommend it! Beautiful interior, lots of rooms, some with beautiful balconies, everything is done with taste, room service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is pleasant and attentive. There's a sauna, no pool, no grounds, but there is parking, even two.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time. Great weather, tasty cusine (I had shripms and noodles) and drinks and wifi allows you to work remotly.

They have a very nice restaurant. The borscht was excellent. Our cottage was ok. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled musty; soon, the entry room and bathroom smelled of sewage. Breakfast was good, but not great.
