As for me, the 3-star hotel is one of the best, I can't compare it to some other 3-star hotels. Here are disposable slippers even. Our room was cute, clean, quiet and warm, although it was cold and wet outside. Breakfast is included, and it really delicious and various. Workers are polite, positive and attentive. The room is good. It is comfortable and quiet. The room really should have a fridge. Most every room in Ukraine has a fridge as well as a kettle. The breakfast is poor. The breakfast food in the chafing dishes was always cold! This really needs to be addressed!

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.

Very good place to stay and good value. Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

Excellent location - down town, opposite The Opera. Very interesting interior- fusion. Room is large with big windows and cool views. Hotel doesn't have own parking, that's why you should think about it, but everything else is really fine.

We have often, with even large groups of 20 or more, stayed in the Ibis Styles Lviv Center. There are reasons, such as people like Marta at the front desk but also because of Halyna Kozlovska, who has often seen to it that we were fully enjoying our stay. Please honor them for the extras they give in warmth and efficiency to customers. We shall return as a result.

This was my second long stay at the Ibis Styles Lviv. Everything was great, again. Besides the excellent room, breakfast, and lobby facilities, the staff deserve special mention. Marta, especially, at the front desk is helpful and friendly, going well above and beyond expectations. The sales manager gave me great Lviv tips as well. Super place.

We stayed here after driving from the UK. We needed to hand over a truck to a friend but didn’t know exactly where or when we were meeting. Family vacation in February 2021 for 8 days. They were more than satisfied. I liked the procedures. The child is 4 years old, he was delighted with the pool, the food suited him. Everything is great, I highly recommend it! Beautiful interior, lots of rooms, some with beautiful balconies, everything is done with taste, room service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is pleasant and attentive. There's a sauna, no pool, no grounds, but there is parking, even two.

Great location for transfer onto Kiev from Poland. Close to station (15 min walk) and 30 mins from the city center. Nice cozy rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff who navigated the complicated online only bookings system for train tickets.

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time. Great weather, tasty cusine (I had shripms and noodles) and drinks and wifi allows you to work remotly.

They have a very nice restaurant. The borscht was excellent. Our cottage was ok. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled musty; soon, the entry room and bathroom smelled of sewage. Breakfast was good, but not great.

I would like to rate the overall property in general 4 out of 5... Accommodations were spacious but it feels empty like something is missing in design to make it more cozy and comfortable for those two floors. I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024. The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful.

The building itself is more than 120 y.o. and ia absolutely special. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Great service, nice architecture, good location. Free of charge moved us to a better room, since we expected a bathtub from an internet booking. The only bad thing is that it's too noisy (at least on one side), too hot in summer — it's an architectural monument, so no air conditioning, only a fan. So it's good for anything but for sleeping.

We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station.. We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before. It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time. I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better. On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests...

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here.
