Masoch. Hotel & Cafe in Lvov

I met Masoch in 2012, and it’s still my favorite place in the world.
I remember the names of all the waitresses and waiters.
I practically lived at Masoch when I was in Ukraine.
I stayed in the country for a few months and went to Masoch every single day I was there.
I hope you remember me with the same affection and love that I remember you.

We have been to this establishment several times and were pleased. The menu is unusual both in appearance and its contents with unusual names and presentation. We also tried cool tinctures that are drunk from the bitterest to the sweetest and each shot comes with a small salted cucumber. There are so many emotions, I can't even describe them. It is a must to go there if you are in Lviv, to show yourself and look at people)) I want to go there again. If you have no complexes, go and don't regret it!

I am impressed by this place. Everyone recommended visiting it in Lviv. The service at the establishment is special, you should treat it without prejudice. The cocktails are varied, especially liked the gin-based ones. I liked the cultural program more than the alcohol. You can leave here beaten but satisfied. Many thanks to Mrs. Galina for a pleasant evening and also for the advice to install the Local app. I will definitely visit this establishment the next time we come to Lviv.

I had an amazing experience when I visited a few years ago and tried delicious braised bull's testicles in balsamic sauce. This time, unfortunately, it's being renovated, so the basement is closed, Masoch's statue is gone, and there are only a few tables. It feels like a normal cafe with a BDSM-themed gift store now. Hope the old atmosphere of the place will stay the same after the renovation.

Have not stayed at the hotel but the Masoch bar is definitely an interesting experience to try out 😏🌶️ If you know - you know. The drinks are really tasty in here but some of them come with special punishments, so be prepared that this is an interactive space. Tried it and it was a definitely interesting experience to participate in, so feel free to visit and enjoy yourself 🙂‍↕️

P.S. Do not bring kids

Great concept, location and rooms. Only downside is breakfast isn't served until 10am which is far too late. They did say we could have it in the evening before instead which was quite weird, but ok. We'd definitely stay again anyway, maybe without breakfast

Fun place for tourists and companies. Mostly I missed music for atmosphere, could be great to hear some Velvet Underground in such place or modern dark wave. Waitresses/mistress are doing a great job. Cocktails are fine but nothing crazy.

Many thanks too all people who work here. They are all so nice and friendly. I will never forget their smiling faces. And I'm very sad for I have to leave. ':( I would never thought to make a review for a corporation, but Masoch Hotel and The Café deserves the highest level of gratitude.!

Always a fun place to come and relax. The place really picks up around 10pm. Last night Anya did a great job working the room and keeping everyone thoroughly entertained.
