A wonderful place. I wouldn't say it's cheap, but it's worth the money. The room was clean, the cleaning was excellent, and the staff were polite. The shower was large and had all the amenities. There was parking and security. The breakfasts were wonderful. There was an infrared sauna, plus massages. My family and I loved it.

It's located near the train station, a good location. There's also a movie theater nearby, and it's a twenty-minute walk to the water pump room, making it very convenient for getting to the city center. The hotel is large and beautiful.

I stay here for one night! Rooms are modern, clean and super comfortable. As i’m leaving earlier in the morning the prepared me a lunch box with the breakfast. Super nice I really recommend.

I wouldn’t call this hotel exceptional as in some other opinions. It’s nice, clean and the staff are friendly. However, our rooms were never cleaned properly (they didn’t make and change the bedding which was really surprising considering the supposed standard and didn’t wash the glasses). There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. Very plain...

Hotel is in a good condition. Bed mattress was very confortable. It is a disapointment that there was no place for our car at their parking, we had to leave our car at another private parking 500 meters from hotel for extra expenses. Nice rooms, good and quiet location, not so far from coty center, hospitality service. Everything is cozy and clean. The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

Motorbike trip from Scotland to Istanbul Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Homely feel to it. A small hotel so no crowd. Just you need to tell them to change the sheets and all that's the only thing. Rest all amazing and at an amazing location has a supermarket and bus stand nearby.

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food . Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste. Rooms are cozy and clean. Dishes in Argo restaurant were extremely tasty with affordable price. I highly recommend you to try soups "Solyanka" and "Borshch", and Vareniki. Only negative sides were the location( far from the center) and little bit annoyed reception staff.

I am completely satisfied with the kitchen and living conditions. The only thing is that the sockets are a little far from the table and bed. But in general - everything is great. I lived here for more than a month on a business trip and I have no complaints.

We visited the Kook restaurant, not satisfied with the long wait for food. We waited 1.30 hours for the derun. We also didn't like the tea in the kettle, water and 5 fruit seeds, I don't recommend it...

We stoped at this beautiful place on our way to the border so we did not stay in the room . But we had very tasty meal at the restaurant : borshch , salads. Espresso was served as it should be 👌 in a warm cup. Also personal is excellent and extremely helpful 🤗. Very good wi-fi. Stopped after an excursion to the Strapchevskie caves for dinner I liked the restaurant very much, the design is tasteful, the food is served at a high level. Delicious. The sauces in the dishes are very interesting !!

Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Location was fantastic - easy access to the produce market, groceries, stores, and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station.

Even when there is a war going on, the hotel was a great place to stay. I wasn’t a tourist I work for an NGO.

A typical 3-star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Good thing - located in the center of Lviv. Be warned, hotel has no elevators, and the reception is on 2nd floor. So if you have issues with legs, and have trouble walking on stairs, please avoid it.

Great hotel, well located, clean and tidy. A bit noisy due to location, but you're going for the city experience then this is the place as it's easy to walk to most places. Room 8 has a balcony and a bath, which is classified as a superior room, but the view and atmosphere the balcony provides is well worth it.

Very good location, right in the middle of tourist district. All staff were friendly. Shower hose broke when I started taking a shower. I advised the front desk. They immediately fixed it. I was impressed with their service. Room cost was was fair. I will use this hotel again.
