On The Square Hotel

I first stayed at this hotel back in 2017, in a charming room overlooking the Square, and absolutely loved it! I returned again this week when visiting Lviv again. Once again, it was a great and comfortable experience. The hotel had expanded and so, we stayed in freshly renovated room on the top floor. Everything was new, clean and fresh, and the room had all the needed amenities. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We arrived from the airport prior to check-in time with four suitcases, soaked from the rain. Although the hotel couldn't provide us with an earlier check-in (understandably, as this is Christmas season and the hotel was fully booked), they took our luggage, and provided us a with a fan to dry off and an umbrella. The only minus is that there's no elevator, which was not a problem before when traveling with a weekender bag, but was problematic now with four suitcases. But will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Lviv.

Location is in the middle of the city. Rooms are located in. 4th and 5th floors of a building. There is free of charge drinking water in the floors. Rooms are not big but clean and brand new. I highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent guest experience. We stayed for 4 nights at Appartment on the upper floor (just renovated with spacious living room and large windows) and remained completely satisfied with the service and facilities. Staff is attentive and benevolent. Reception 24/7 and was always in touch via Viber. Location - 5*. We are sure to be back again.

The rooms are great. Nice and big. I highly recommend. Price is amazing. Right in the center of town. Definitely get street view room. Not sound from street. WiFi is ok for email but not really good for videos.

Located just on the centre (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel receptionist NATALIA and OKSANA Were very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
And when i was leaving(checkout) ..i asked the receptionist to see the rooms and she replied No u can leave the keys on the door . We trust our guests 🥰 that was amazing . The only thing I would like to add is the WiFi speed was not upto the marks . But the behavior of staff especially receptionist was soo good that you can’t think of complaining for WiFi speed 😊

Great place! Clean, comfortable and great location on Rynok Square. Welcoming staff and easy check in, in English. Also a lovely coffee shop downstairs in the courtyard. Bedrooms have en suite bathroom and slippers, body wash and 2-1 shampoo-conditioner provided :-)

Great spacious rooms in prime location. All you need. Great value for the bucks.

The place is in the center of center! If you look for just a place to sleep, On The Square Guesthouse has to be first choice. The room is big, clean, nice. The room is warm during winter time, and if you'd like they can set the temperature of the room as you wish.

Good hotel in the center of town. I like that they bring the break fast right to the door.
