Wow, what a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location! Friendly staff, everything you'll ever need, including a convenient drinking water dispenser. Awesome place, I will return next time!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times my last visit was a disaster I was robbed silly staff provided a room key to a thief to access my room all my money was stolen.pokice retrieved CCTV hotel receptionist gave a key without asking for any identity document to a woman who then went to my room and stole my money by breaking into the safe with an override code.the next day I came back the same receptionist was working there.tgis hotel is a disgrace they have no security protocol allowing guests to be robbed and after they take no responsibility for the theft or loss I have been coming to Lviv for many years and it never happened before

Room was crafted by very thoughtful, meticulous, and experienced architects / builders. A **** work of art. Staff were plentiful, on-task, and friendly. Thermometer resisted adjustment, but that won't keep me from staying there again when I return in a few months.

Staff in reception was very helpful! Room was quiet and clean. For sure I stay in this hotel on my next visit in Lviv!
