Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. Staff are fabulous and very helpful. My girlfriend and I received a free upgrade to the Oriental style room on arrival, which was extremely well furnished and ornate. Bathroom was spotless and large. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, with plenty of freshly made options to order. We loved our stay here and will be back again!

I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. If you are not on tight budget and love Italian villa very close to the centre of Odessa and the sea think no more. This is the great place to stop by. You will enjoy all of it.

Wow! Everything was so great: breakfast, room, location, etc.! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits. Alright, I spend a fair share of my time in hotels, so for a 3-star hotel these guys did well. Unlike other hotels, they actually know if I have already paid or not and they don't have to ask me that every day of my stay, unlike the other hotels I've stayed at. Been there 3 times in the last few years, Sea views are fantastic. But only problem same one as l always have with them. I book a kitchen and get a microwave 3 times now .

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach.. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. Good place, but. A bit crowded. There was a wedding when we arrived. The pool was not open cause to wedding. Also they moved me on the beach as I was in the way of the view of the wedding. When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. Fantastic place! We stayed at the beachfront and everything was perfect: amazing sunrise view from our bed, contemporary design (everything is brand new and super clean!) and generous breakfast (more like brunch/lunch size). Owners are very welcoming and open to any suggestions so we highly recommend!

The hotel is good, the rooms are not spacious, but relatively clean. A lot of sand in the bathroom, sand is everywhere, as well the air is dusty due the nearby cargo port. Great sea view, even from the restaurant's terrace, the night view is great also, especially when a large, lighted ship passes on the lighthouse. Restaurant - avoid to eat here! Michelin will never give at least half of star!

Clean and quiet hotel we loved it so much . With a clean sandy beach and they have a very tasty food at their restaurant. We had a perfect direct view of the sea from our room .

Closest store is 45 min walk. Great location and view. Free ocean view bathtub 🛁. Sauna 🧖‍♂️ wasn’t working when I visited. I suggest grab a uber and go eat outside. Kitchen orders takes forever. ( literary)

Everything suits, quiet, calm, all the conditions for a stay. The street is full of shops, and the city recreation garden is nearby.

Absolutely unbeatable quality/price ratio. The best possible location in the city center, yet very quiet and cozy. My apartment included very spacious and fully equipped room and kitchen. The internet was fast and reliable (ask Sasha to reset the router in the rare case of the internet failure). The apt is not fancy, but very clean and functional. The biggest advantage is the very low price and nice, trouble-free service. However, the conditions are the same as you can expect for 350 UAH per night - strange smell, not working wi-fi, terribly narrow beds, and far from all tourist attractions. Clean, I didn't smell any unpleasant smells, nice administrators, not conflicting, I'll be back a second time, 315 UAH per night in a women's room. I felt safe, I recommend it.

I recommend a budget hostel, 300 UAH per bed, great location, quiet courtyard, there is a basement in the courtyard in case of alarm (just don't forget to knock there if it's closed). Very friendly owner and administrator. Cleanliness is a bit lacking, and it would be great to buy a 3rd clothes dryer. Clean bedding is important to me, so we will be happy to come back next year🫶🏻

Now it's a hostel. Come-sleep-go. There's no talk of any amenities. But for 200 UAH/day in the very center, surely you shouldn't complain?) The beds creak, there's no ventilation, you can't lock your things, the shower is terrible.

Typical hostel, consistent with democratic prices. Basic amenities are present. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge, microwave and even a slow cooker, shared toilet and shower, in-room appliances heating and TV. Very polite and pleasant staff!

Nice hostel in an old apartment with high walls in 5 minutes from Deribasovskaya (easy to navigate). Clean white linen, a balcony in the room where you can dry things, there is air conditioning. The only thing missing is the outlet for each bed and a personal lamp, because sometimes I wanted to read when the light is already off. The beds are a bit unstable, but when tired it can survive)

I read the comments. Yes, the gym isn't new, but it has all the necessary equipment and it works. But there aren't any crowds in the gym, no lines for the machines. The gym is open on Saturdays.

The price in booking for a double room, without a window, was indicated 370 UAH. Upon check-in, they asked to pay an additional 30 UAH of tourist tax. Total 420.
