I used to stay @ Mezzanine September 2021. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or business trip in Odessa. Location - its a pure center of the city. The staff at the Mezzanine in downtown Odessa were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. Glory to Ukraine!

Everything is just lovely! So nice suit with a balcony, neat reception, cool design. Really perfect place in the very heart of Odessa. But I saw a cockroach as fat as a dog, now need to sleep with lights on( Besides there are glasses, but no cups. And no cutting knife

Great location but rooms wishes to be better. No one changed my towels, toilet paper, there was no hairdryer, no water in the room. I had to ask even for a hands soap once I have ch checked in. I wish great location would also have a great service and rooms.

The hotel is in the city center, boutique hotel. Employees are friendly. They are very interested in your satisfaction, and comfortable. especially Nastya is the most friendly and sympathetic we have seen. Because we stayed in another otel 2 day and didnt any smiling personel. I will never be in search of another hotel when I go again.

Check in was very easy and person at the desk was more than willing to help you in any way that was needed. I arrived at 1am and were not worried about taking my money , they knew I was travelling all day and just gave me a key and said we worry about $$ tomorrow.. Very cozy, clean and tidy. There are many flowers, trees and ornamental shrubs, a pool and a stream with fish. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, microwave. The staff is friendly and very positive. Distance to the sea 7 minutes. We liked everything, we are going to rest next year in this wonderful hotel.

We rested at the end of August. Everything was great, they clean every day, almost immediately access to the beach. The administrator Natalia is very pleasant, treats visitors well. After departure, they left their things for storage until the evening, there were no problems with this. And in general, a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the rest!

We visited Spinach twice, the first time we stayed for a day, it was ok, not counting the uncleaned room. We decided to try again, we came with a large group, everything was fine, the admin behaved great until the moment of departure. Beautiful tiny hotel in city center

Great hotel!! Great staff! Everything is clean, tidy and top notch! The location is just awesome! City center - theater, Potemkin stairs, funicular, everything is nearby!! In the evening a great variety of restaurants and cafes! BUT despite this location, the room is quiet and peaceful!

To sum up, hotel was nice but we didn’t know how to find the enterance. There is absolutely no sign. We asked some people for help and nobody speaks English. We saw some signs at the 9th floor only and the receptionists were struggling with understanding (not speaking) English. We believe it’s a common problem for Odessa. Inside the hotel is very modern and clean. The room was cozy and comfortable...

Close to train station but about 15-20 min walk to deribasovskaia. Need to pay extra for sauna and pay extra to keep luggage. Electricity went of for 5 minutes. Internet didn’t work all night. Very clean (very new). Lovely, helpful staff. Did not get instructions about first gate.

It is a perfect place for those who are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the sea and unwind. Lovely view. I always prefer minimalistic designe and little decor, but decided to try something unusual and fairly enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back some winter.

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy. We even ordered extra bread to finish this amazing curry sauce

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.

I had excellent nights sleep each and every night. Staff especially the manageress on reception were extremely friendly. Great breakfast buffet too. The waiter at breakfast, lunch and dinner never stopped working...a very efficient guy. Very good food menu generally. Overall excellent staff which always leave an excellent impression.

The first thing we felt going into the room cold +15°C, it was before NG..., air conditioning was set +35°C, but an hour later, the temperature has increased. I spent a week here and it was great. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was pretty good and the bed super comfortable. If I were to complain, it would be that the balcony is not a real balcony. However, at the price point that I paid, I cannot complain. I would recommend this hotel.

Key Location for the most fun and delightful of the city

Perfect Everything was 5 stars . The room is great very large with very nice bed housekeeping was very efficient. The restaurant was very good. Sauna and indoor pool are very nice. Extremely pleasant hotel!!! We felt like in a family, in the times of war this hotel is functioning phenomenally well, people are friendly and breakfast is all you need! Bomb shelter is there and you can hide in underground swimming pool area. Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. What bothered me, the walls are very thin. You can hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms. The beds are shaky. The lobby and bar are completely closed. There is no place to sit, only in the restaurant on the roof...
