We came to Birmingham for the weekend to just relax and have some fun. The rooms was clean, tidy, and good value for money. It is a walk away from everything and you in the centre in 2 or 3 minutes. Definitely stay there again. Good times

There is no car parking available, they said got carparking for £8 but didn't get the parking that amount

Also when I ask about the parking location, they said try in Google map,
Staff is not in helping mood

This hotel is conveniently close to Birmingham New Street railway station and the Bull Ring shopping centre. My room was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. I stayed on a room-only basis.

Really does need TLC toilet difficult to flush shower head didn't work had to ask for dxtra pillow that didn't arrive so had to request again won't stay there again would rather pay £20 more and have comfort

My room although a little dated was clean & pretty comfortable. Bedding & towels were both fresh and nice smelling. Bed was comfortable too
I stayed in room 209 which didn't have a vanity mirror help when doing my hair and make-up. There was a mirror in the bathroom but obviously there weren't any electric sockets for a hairdryer or straighteners
Plus it would've been useful to have had a plug/plugs sockets nearer the bed for charging my phone and using my Cpap machine. Apart from that, everything was good.

Very friendly staff. Rooms for the price are absolutely fine. Warm fresh nice fully opening sash windows.
Stones throw from new street and bull ring.
All in all a delightful stay and would recommend 👌

Stayed here last minute as other hotel I normally use was booked, price was relatively cheap at £54.
However the room was a disgrace, there was a condom underneath the bed, now I never picked the bed up, I just moved it slightly across which the housekeeping should of done, there was a towel with a skid mark on it, I was absolutely disgusted.
Went to tell the bloke on reception and he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders, in the morning the West Indian lady was very nice she was very apologetic but this is unacceptable.

What a great shame.
The service is dreadful.
The food is good when you can actually get served but sadly that is a rarity.
Started going when it first opened and to put it mildly it's going downhill faster than Franz klammer.

This place is not what I remember it to be. The noodle boxes were just very dissapointing and bland. Would recommend takeaway as the seating upstairs is very small and constrained, plus the heat from the kitchen downstairs makes it seem like you're sitting next to the sun. On the bright side, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good rice noodles with chicken and prawns. Big portion for around 8£. I eat on place (small shop and quite old) and I didn't wait too much. I liked the food.

Fantastic value. Portions look regular but are very filling. Freshly made noodle and rice dishes. Halal food. Will definitely be returning as they are open late.

0 stars** My order note was "NO VEGETABLES IN BOTH PLEASE Thank you"
I opened the box and both were packed full of vegetables! My order was untouched, I asked for a replacement or a refund but they refused both stating they didn't add any vegetables. WOW. . . The box was 75% full only which got me wondering if Chop and Wok have reduced their portion sizes or the delivery person got hungry on the way.
Do not order from this Chop & Wok as they will get your order wrong, fill the box only 75% up and not care because they have your money now and that's all that matters to them. Well done Chop & Wok!!

Good food, great service and a view out over the rag market. There is always a good selection of food. Starters are great plus service is of highest quality. On top of this you never feel like they want to rush and get you out even if they are busy - sit back and enjoy.

With this being my first ever Jamie's experience I expected more than I got. Portion sizes are rather small and this unnecessary need to make oneself stand-out by serving alternative coca cola sodas instead of the original or pepsi is frustrating. The reason I give this place more stars than it deserves is the exceptional decoration and friendly service. However, food-wise there are definitely better Italian places out there.

Artificially "No table" just to make us wait 20 minutes at the door in the bar. Once in, about one third of tables empty. Taking the order was quick but we waited about 30 min for the food which came partially burned and too spicy to the point that you could not feel much flavour. The atmosphere was too dark to the point that o had to use the light from my phone to read the menu. The only positive thing about the place was the kind waiter. Do not recommend and will not come back.

Very impressed. Great food and service. Our waiter Adam couldn't of been more helpful. The manager Richard was also excellent, this was the best restaurant we have visited in years. Highly recommended ?

Amazing experience! Liz and her team were so welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was buzzing for a Saturday early evening and the food was exquisite. The daily specials were way to tempting as well as the main menu. YUM !!! The food was fresh and of a really high quality.
Jamie's Italian is on a whole other level compared to the normal high street Italians (i.e Pizza Express, Ask etc) but the pricing is no different. It's a no brainier and this will definitely become our new favorite family restaurant, it would suit all ages and tastes.
Can't believe we'd never experienced it before - Totally *DELIGHTFUL*
