My stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed in the room of the lowest expense and even then, that I did not even feel like i was staying in an apartment, but my own home! I could only imagine how beautiful the higher tier rooms will be.

The rooms are well designed and equipped with everything you need. The room service was always spot on, the cleaners do an immaculate job and are well mannered. Check in and check out was easy.

My only jipe is the televisions only had terrestrial channels, sky sports, movies and atlantic were not in service. A minor complaint as you could caste your device onto the screen anyway.

If you're in the tower hill/city of London area, there is really only one place to stay and that is here!

The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was great for buying groceries and cooking our own meals. The only downside was that the hotel water was carbonated, and I got an upset stomach after drinking it on the first day. Also, the toilet didn't flush very well and got clogged easily.

The living room offers great views, and the bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. It's conveniently located near a subway station for easy travel, and there's a supermarket close by. It's perfectly suited for two families traveling together with kids.

2nd time staying here in early Jan 26, previous stay was in 2023. Clean, quiet, spacious, and overall a great stay with sweeping views of the Thames and Tower Bridge.

Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Dale, who assisted in finding misplaced toy after checkout and arranging it to be mailed back to me in a timely and prompt manner.

Had a great stay at this apartment. Bustling spot in day, quiet at night. Great location close to pier and tube stations. Special thanks to helpful and professional staff, especially Lorraine, Kestas, Adriana, Dominico, and Diogo.

Overall a definitely positive experience with a few drawbacks. On the plus side: helpful staff, beautiful view of the Tower Bridge (at least from the room i stayed in), taxi queue right outside the door, large double bedroom space with decent furnishings. Some drawbacks were that its a long ways from a decent chunk of tourist interests (but right in financial district if that's your reason for visiting), the room feels much more like an apartment than a hotel room in terms of overall polish and finishing (as an example some of the vinyl floor planks peel up and stick to you a bit if you're barefoot) and explaining how things work. Overall a solid experience but not sure its quite a match with the price tag.
