Excellent hotel. Great location for the Shard/ Sky garden and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Tower of London. Great service and a bit of luxury. Rooms were very clean , inviting and beds were super comfy. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a great selection of continental and a superb cooked breakfast . Would definitely recommend and return again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location - right next to London Bridge station. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Finished our stay off with a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend and will stay again

I would highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located close to the underground/train station, it has all we need for the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. Shout out to Francico, who served in the breakfast.

What I like most about this hotel is the location which is very near to Borough market and walking distance to London Tower Bridge.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good food (but not award-winning). Though I appreciate British food well executed. At night the place can be too dimly lit, I guess so to highlight the city lights.
We weren't lucky to be sat somewhere near the windows, so it's a hit and miss. So in our case, I'm not sure that the high price tag was justified. Probably wouldn't go back unless I've got a better view.

Went for dinner on Friday evening. Had to queue for 15 minutes outside the building waiting to go through security. Great views from restaurant but food and service was disappointing, especially given the price. Slow to take drink order at table. Starters were under seasoned, staff slow to respond to salt/pepper request. Main courses were good. We ordered cheese to follow, which took a full 30 minutes to arrive and appeared thrown together. No apology or explanation from staff. Overall disappointing and we will not be rushing back.

Both me and my partner enjoyed our dinner. We arrived a bit early 30mins before the booked time but they let us in.

The atmosphere is quiet good, really like it. Not noisy unlike other restaurants that we been. The server (forgive me forgot his name) were very attentive and helpful.

We were seated near to the window so the view is spectacular especially when you are having dinner with your love one.

Food, was perfect I enjoyed and really like the food. Very tasty and not bland.

Only a bad thing that I could remember was, there is something like an oil or sauce which was spilled next to our table and it smudges to my partner’s bag.

Overall I enjoyed my night out, the price is acceptable especially on the service we received, food, experience and view. I do recommend such place for night date out.

I went to Aqua Shard for a breakfast meeting. Thanks to the wonderful British weather, it was a very dark grey morning. This meant that the place seemed especially dark given the very low mood lighting. As the skies cleared, the place did get brighter but this was my only gripe. I had the vegetarian full breakfast and I really enjoyed it. The lady who served us was very polite and attentive. I agree that the food here is not out of this world. I think that the views give this venue its oomph. I had a good time, the service was timely and the staff was polite. I'll probably visit again when the weather is more pleasant!

We went for dinner at aqua shard, it was our wedding anniversary. I wanted to surprise my wife with a special dinner, couldn't choose a better place. The view was just amazing. Food was great service is ten out of ten. Our waiter Eduard made the evening special, he described all the dishes and helped my wife with her choice. We had a great time, thank you aqua shard, we will come back.

Nice little restaurant with good service and nice food

Very bad first impression, we felt “forced” to take a seat and order something. We had our own drinks with us and when they saw that they would take them from us. The food wasn’t that bad, but when the check came we were amazed. They charged us 12.5% of the total price, normally we would give a large tip but they really forced it so we were really upset. 1 out of 5 stars

My work colleagues and I go here on a regular basis and absolutely love it. Amazing food, excellent service and I would recommend it to all! We've been for both lunch and dinner and cannot fault the food! Brilliant!
