Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were cozy but very nice and tastefully decorated. Great location, quiet, and rooms are actually quite soundproof. There was a party in the room next door which we noticed coming in one night, but we heard absolutely nothing once we were in our room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location, room was clean and really nice.. a little small but we wasn’t too bothered! Staff were friendly.. a little noisy around the hotel at night/early morning

The room was to a high standard and the Reception staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for my business trip and very close to Victoria Station. I will definitely stay again.

Staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is modern decor and public areas are very nice. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. There are a number of hi-tech features, most good, but a challenge to figure out the overhead lighting.
Two minor points: 1. The description that rooms are much larger than comparative nearby hotels is not true - our room was small - no sitting chairs, just enough room to walk each side of the bed and to place a small suitcase on the floor in the corner. 2. The bathroom sink is small with no counter space, and the tap spout extends out, making it difficult to wash.

The stay was great, the bed was comfortable, the location was good, very close to the train station, the front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were very quick, no waiting required. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, everything very new, technological, well decorated, a luxury in the middle of London! We will definitely be back! Service and location (near the subway (8 min walk)!

We used the room service two nights and the burgers were very good, it’s a shame that the menu isn’t a larger selection. But we chose the same food both times as it was so good. I booked the hotel as I had an operation nearby in The Cleveland Clinic so my husband stayed all 3 nights and I stayed the 1st & 3rd

A near perfect boutique hotel. The hotel has a good location, new facilities, clean environment, and polite staff. The windows have double glazing and good sound insulation. The mattress is from the high-end Swedish brand Hästens and is very comfortable. The only drawback may be that the room and wash basin are relatively small.

Very clean, great view over Eccleston gardens, very comfy bed and pillows, very quiet location so had great nights sleep, great shower. Liked that we could open the windows as the room was too hot and we couldnt turn the temperature down below 18 degrees.

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.
Also. there was a peculiar chemical taste to our coffee/tea.
