The spa is honestly incredible. Immaculate. Quiet on weekday afternoons. Had an incredibly relaxing massage. Hamam space was a highlight. It looks and feels exactly like the images and deserves the Time Out best spa in London award. I’ve paid more and got less. This spa is an oasis away from the noise of the centre of the city.

Last spring my son and I visited Hotel Cate Royal for a few nights and had a spectacular stay. From the moment we checked in to saying our goodbyes the staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. They were there for our every need and helped us get plan our days and book tickets. As well the concierge team booked us food reservations and museum visits. We could not recommend this hotel more! We enjoyed it so much that we are staying there again this summer and we can not wait to be back!

My family stayed at this hotel last month. This is absolutely the most amazing hotel in London. A great location, with unparalleled guest service. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and both in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff live up to the name and truly treat their guests like royalty. Look no further, this is the only hotel to stay at in London.

This hotel is superb! From arrival to departure; nothing but Royal service. Got upgraded (used Amex Platinum) and my Jr. suite was fantastic! Spacious bedroom with marble en suite shower and tub. Furniture was modern and on point. Chopard toiletries, upscale fixtures and ambiance.
Beautiful dining rooms with the most personable and caring service. Delicious food too! Quiet even though it’s in the middle of Piccadilly and Regent St. The location is most convenient for shopping, theatre and sightseeing. The gym and spa/pool are well maintained and furnished. Peloton bike is in excellent condition and plenty of cardio and weight equipment. It had an unusually generous minibar spread (fees) and at check in they were serving strawberries with cream, champagne and cold drinks from the cutest cart (with their compliments). A very special way to welcome tired and weary travelers.
Butlers, luggage handlers, front office, spa attendants, et.al. provided 5⭐️ service.

Hotel Cafe Royal, just wow! Most definitely our new favourite hotel in the capital. Having spent over 50 nights in luxury hotels in London over the past year due to ongoing medical reasons being treated in London, nothing has quite come close to the welcome and kindness experienced by us at HCR! Right from booking and the helpfulness of the reservations team (shout out Jordan!) and the concierge arranging travel and recommending days out (Amine and Guiseppe), to actually arriving and the professionalism and warm welcome of Ingrida and Alexis, the team here really are special. I can't remember all the names, but a special shout out to room service and turndown service, who were so happy to help, discreet but cheerful.
On top of that, the hotel and its amenities are just simply the best. The suite was out of this world, got my steps up just walking around! The quality of the furnishings and the very welcome amenities such as initialled face cloths, initialled room key holders, floral arrangements and special bakery are just so special. The bed was extremely comfy, and the engineering team had us up and running in no time with some Bluetooth speakers and wifi etc.
And to crown it all, last night I was delivered a beautiful boquet of the most wonderful flowers as a gift from the guest services team after they learnt I had a small operation during the day. We were blown away to say the least!
We couldn't recommend this hotel and its staff enough, and I haven't even started on the experience yet! We are looking forward to another extended stay with the team hear at HCR very soon. A real credit to the owners and the management team. A must stay in London.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious (although the room I was initially given did not meet the requirements of the room reservation). The room facilities are acceptable.

I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.

The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square,oxford street are all very close.
I highly recomend the hotel.however, if you want good rates avoid peak time as its going to be crazy expensive.

Manger is smart but the new staff is kind of stupid for a 5 star hotel like this one
