Great location, right next to Victoria Station. It was a bit noisy from the street as the windows are very thin. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The hotel environment is excellent, with clean and tidy streets and comfortable courtyard space. It's conveniently located, very close to both the train station and the subway, and also near Buckingham Palace, all within walking distance. The room interiors are appropriately comfortable, the view from the window is beautiful, and the room service is very attentive. A highly recommended hotel!

I lived here for 23 nights,overall is pretty good whatever for the service staff or the environment of the hotel.Is located a pretty central place and you can spend few time to go SoHo,Big Ben,Victoria Station,and some good area nearby the hotel.But I really want to say:PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BREAKFAST!!!!Please do not lay out the same food for long time that’s unacceptable for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not crowded for thr time of year. Do 2 for 1 cocktails but £8.95 is still a hit costly

Out for after work drinks and the bar staff grabbed one of the dirty glasses off their blue trays to go to the kitchen, rinsed it and wiped it with a napkin and served me a drink.

The food was absolutely amazing and tasty the service was brilliant and the staff were friendly the portions were a good size it was an overall good time

Unfortunately, this was not as nice as expected. The food was cold. We also found squashed peas all over the bottom of our steak ciabatta. Also, items were not made as detailed on the menu which was disappointing.
The staff were friendly but struggled to understand what we were ordering - we had to go to the bar to point out the drinks we wanted.

Nice bar with decent music and a diverse crowd. Best of all they do a great happy hour with 2-for-1 cocktails. But what's really good is they give you proper measures; not just a single or a double of a pre-mix like you get in other bars. Good value.

Awful food.. differently priced from other subs.. staff is very rude and not helpful.. worst sub experience ever. There were flies all over our food.. seems unhygienic.. if u don't wanna catch an illness, don't visit this place.
