An absolutely brilliant find. Gorgeous place, excellent service. The staff couldn't be more wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I've stayed here several times, and everything was wonderful. But last time, my plans changed, and I needed to cancel. There was a problem with the online system, and I couldn't cancel my subscription in time. After being charged, I spoke with Mr. M. They refunded my money immediately and were very accommodating. For me, that's a sign of good customer service. Thanks to Marina and the staff, I look forward to staying here again.

A very well thought out hotel with efficient, modern and simple designs.

Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space. Really great spot, would happily stay again

The Hotel reception area is very nice, same as MOXY style(Marriott) but not like a MOXY Hotel!!! the Hotel does not want one to know it is a Hotel. When you arrive on this plaza, no indication where is the Hotel Entrance, which is a sliding door as if you enter offices or an appartment building. Basically at the entrance they advertise for their bar and on a verey small placard it seems this is their main interest. Many paintings on the building walls but no mention of the Hotel which was a problem as the people coming for meetings said it took them a while to find the place so did I when I arrived at night.

The rooms, what a disappointment in view of the prices paid and the location!. I had a cabin like the ones in Hong Kong and Japan!!!! very small and the space must be around 10sqm including the shower room which is in the middle of the room and here again shower and toilet is a cabin. The room is very nicely decorated but verry tight space as the washbasin is outside the shower/toilet cabin, in the room.
To add to how the place is managed in a real stingy way. No welcome package and no kettle, so no tea nor coffee and no glasses to wash your teeth!!! If you want water in the room you have to go downstairs where they will give water in a carafe. You also understand that if you come for one or two nights they would prefer you not to have the room cleaning although in principle if you ask you can have.

Sad, because the hotel would have potential if it were run like a real hotel and not really like a RB&B where you get the room and nothing else.
Mentioned as a 4* in that aerea and paying the right market price, one is not expecting this whiole scenario.

The location is super good, but the room is small and the elevator is always broken. The service is okay and the breakfast is good.

Good location, close to overground station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in/out is quick.
