I just wanted to leave a review to say how wonderful my experience has been at Edison. The environment is very welcoming and professional, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and kind.

The gym is really good, and the spa treatments are amazing. The facilities are well maintained and create a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere.

A special mention to the team who always make me feel comfortable and looked after. I would also like to recognise Mady the cleaner — everything is always spotless. The facilities are consistently clean, and you can clearly see the care and attention to detail in every area.

It really makes a difference when a place is not only professional but also warm and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Everything is perfect, looking forward back again

We had a wonderful stay at the luxurious The May Fair Hotel in London. The room service was absolutely top-notch and surprisingly at a very small service fee compared to many other hotels. We enjoyed breakfast in bed with an impressive variety of options, truly spoiled for choice. The entire experience was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully luxurious. I would definitely recommend it.Zina at the reception was wonderful!!!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of central London, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure. Being just moments away from some of the city’s most iconic spots made getting around effortless, while still enjoying the elegance and calm of Mayfair.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities really stood out, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive, offering everything needed for a relaxing and productive stay.

What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the people. A special thank you to Sadie at reception, who was the epitome of professionalism. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to The May Fair Kitchen team for their exceptional hospitality while hosting our round table dinner. The food was divine, the service and organisation were flawless and the private dining room amazing . Lavinia’s attention to detail and professionalism were remarkable, every element was handled with precision and care. Jarka was the ultimate hostess, making everyone feel welcome and looked after, and Matteo went above and beyond to ensure we had the very best experience.

It’s rare to find a hotel that combines a prime location, comfort, excellent facilities, and such a high level of genuine service. The May Fair truly delivers on all fronts. I would highly recommend it and very much look forward to returning.

Great location. Found the room a little underwhelming for the price.

I had a really great experience with The Mayfair Hotel overall. I originally booked about 9 months in advance on a non-refundable rate, but due to unexpected circumstances I couldn’t travel. The hotel was extremely understanding and, instead of canceling my booking, they kindly allowed me to reschedule for later dates. That flexibility honestly meant a lot and was the main reason I decided to come back.

The hotel itself is luxurious, very clean, quiet, and perfectly located — everything you need is nearby, so the stay feels effortless. The staff in general are professional, friendly, and very helpful.

During my first stay, a receptionist named Noisha was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Because of her, along with how supportive the hotel was with my booking situation, I returned again less than two months later for a longer stay. On my second visit, Valdi at reception was outstanding — genuinely helpful and proactive, and she made our stay even better. Staff like her are honestly a big reason I would keep coming back.

The only area that didn’t quite match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel was the concierge service. In both stays, they seemed less engaged compared to what you’d typically expect from concierge teams — not very proactive and sometimes not particularly welcoming. It wasn’t a major issue, but there’s definitely room to elevate that part of the guest experience.

Overall though, it’s a fantastic hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

Good stay, Roland at the reception/check in is extremely polite and helpful. All in all a good stay

The room is closed to the corridor without any sound insulation so very disturbing.

The closest is built inside the bathroom which is not convenient.

The mattress is not supportive thus discomfortable.
