We have stayed here a few times now and the hotel and its excellent staff never dissapoint. We were able to check in early and we were allocated exactly the room we requested.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in London, the location is convenient and easy to get around. Although the room is a bit small, the bathroom is large enough and clean. The buffet breakfast is rich. It should be a very cost-effective hotel in central London and is worth recommending.

I do not recommend this hotel. Unlike the pictures, it is not the entire building,
only about 8 rooms are used, and the room windows are like a prison.
The room is very small, the heating is not good, and the bathroom radiator does not work. The breakfast is also poor, so do not be fooled.

There are disposable thick slippers. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. It's clean. I might book here again if I go to London next time. It's very cost-effective among the four-star hotels in London.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

Waited an hour and a half for pizza, NO ANSWER on the phones, but still charged. Didnt arrive to business address

Ordered online; after 30 mins the pizza was still being 'prepared', according to the Pizza Tracker. Staff said there was an IT fault and then lied and said it was being delivered. Over an hour later the order had still not been delivered. Staff continued to lie about where the pizza was and blame the IT fault. Customer Service absolutely pathetic and very rude. Not good enough Dominos. Utterly appalling service. I will NEVER eat from here again. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Absolutely disgraceful! I had forgotten tp add my room number however i had included my international phone number. The driver apparently cannot call intentional numbers (and that company is quoted on the NYSE). They didn't call me despite my receptionist offered to call me using his cellphone. Summary of it all... I died famished! So long suckers!

I ordered a pizza at 22:22, I called back an hour later to see where it was and I was hung up on. Called back again to be told my order had been cancelled. I had no missed call and my doorbell never rang. I order with this Dominos all the time and I mostly have problems. Dips I pay for are usually forgotten, drivers rarely have the right change, and they are rude when answering the phone to inquiries. I love Dominos and wish I could order from a different branch. Very poor service!

Low quality service, if the pizza isn't burnt the cookies are, and if they're not burnt, the nachos are. The drivers have an attitude and no customer service skills.

Order took 45 mb which was fair enough as it was a friday night, pizzas were like warm and garlic bread portion was missing, 30 mn after receiving initial order still no garlic bread .

I was told it will take 15 to 25 minutes for delivery, but it took more than 1 hour for me to get my Pizza plus the Pizza was VERY COLD! Very disappointed with the customer services.....Not helpful at all, very unprofessional.
