The biggest advantage is the location. It's very close to the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Chinatown, all within walking distance. There's also a subway station a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the elevator is a bit small. The room size isn't small, and the service was quite good. We booked a deluxe twin room, and the bathroom didn't have a separate shower stall; showering in the bathtub felt a bit cramped, so be careful. Also, the shower water easily splashed out and made the bathroom floor wet. The bathroom having a heated towel rail was a plus, but I couldn't seem to find an exhaust fan. The breakfast was refined, but the downside was that there weren't many vegetables, and the variety was the same every day for the three nights we stayed, except for one special snack daily.

Hotel view is stunning from the garden view room. Service is great and great in the 5 star standard. Unfortunately, all facilities in the room are outdated. Even the soundproofing is bad. I can heard alarm from everywhere and can heard my next door chitchatted. This is so bad if for require a comfort level.

I had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and this was our second time staying at the property. Our first stay was excellent, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.
The room was not properly cleaned, and there were no welcome drinks provided, whereas during our previous stay we received two bottles of wine (red and white).
Most importantly, we had stayed in the same room type before, but this time we were clearly given a Standard Double Room instead of the Deluxe Double that we booked. When we raised this issue at the front desk, the two female staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional, insisting that we were wrong and that they had given us the correct room. Their attitude was mannerless and disrespectful.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

We were upgraded to an apparently larger room, goodness knows how small our originally booked room would have been because I wouldn't describe what we had as large by any means. It did have a view of The Thames and the London Eye, but I don't tend to spend much time looking out of my room window. Plus points the mini bar was ALL complementary, but I found the whole hotel dated and worn, with no wow factor, which I expected for the very expensive cost of two nights.

Fabulous location. The staff were helpful and efficient. Pervus was amazing and helped us with our luggage quickly. His timing was impeccable. The room was perfect with lots of extra amenities.

My son, Olly and I have stayed here twice now and shall return. It is opposite Embankment Tube, which is a direct line to Paddington so incredibly convenient, then mid way between Trafalgar Square for theatres and Westminster for Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament- like 8 minutes walk to each! Staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable-we will be back!❤️

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was in a good location and the breakfasts were big and delicious. Our room was nice and big and the bed was very comfy. We also had a bath and shower! The aircon was a lifesaver in the heat. The only thing we'd change is the curtains covering more of the windows at night as there was a fair bit of light.

Service inside is good staff are very considerate. Beware of the security who seem to not like black men and are bent on creating problems were there is none. It is racial profiling and security is getting it wrong.

What a great location! Unbeatable views. The boat itself is splendid.... Nice open decks if outdoors is your choice. Indoors very nicely decorated indeed.

Bar staff are amazing. I had my 40th birthday here and I had such a good time. We rented a small area of the bar for a small deposit, given back to you on the night. The only downside is some people may experience a bit of sea sickness! But I loved it!

First class location opposite the London Eye! The boat has seating up on the deck, a cosy restaurant - looking very festive right now. Lower bar for small groups & functions, plus large room used for Comedy Nights (top names have appeared) & Pop World dancing. A unique party/wedding venue. They really looked after us during our visit & the view was fabulous. Thank you to Steve & team!!

Fantastic pub on water! Decent selection of beers & ales, reasonably priced for the area. Perfectly cooked chips/fries. Quick service. They have seating indoors & outdoors. Very spacious. Great music! Will be coming back soon.

My Wife mentioned to the Manager on 01/01/2018 @ 15:50pm approx the ladies toilets were insufficient as 3 out of 4 were not working. This issue caused queues for the ladies and paying customers, also the toilets were flooded and unclean and lacked toilet paper.

The response from the Manager (bald head) was less than unresponsive to say the least which was very disappointing from a Chained Restaurant.

Prezzo you need to up your game when it comes to customer service and worryingly hygiene.

What a terrible pasta and risotto. The rice was alive which means not well cooked and horrible. I hope people visit another Italian restaurant. Although it LOOKS nice.

This is one of the upmarket designed Prezzo and is quite spacious. I was greeted on arrival and treated like a VIP rather than just a customer. The food choice as presented on the menu is mouth-wateringly attractive.
Service was professional and the food excellent.
I was admirably served by Regi.

I am not a tourist and thus perhaps have higher expectations of London restaurants. However, our experience was not a good one. The restaurant was very noisy and the bottle of Chianti we ordered absolutely revolting. The worst aspect was the laughably small portion of spaghetti bolognese that was supposed (as a 'sharer') to be able to feed up to four people. It was barely enough for one serving, let alone for my son and I. Don't give this restaurant your custom; it is a rip off.
