We have just spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. Our room (Premier Plus) was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were great especially behind the bar in The Social. Excellent location with easy access to the Northern line via Belsize Park.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the room was comfortable and well presented. We particularly enjoyed the lovely full English breakfast, which was a great start to the day. Overall, we couldn’t fault the hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Downstairs, the décor was fun and a bit different, with neon lights and fabulous wallpaper adding plenty of character. There was also a convenient area with help-yourself amenities such as an iron and ironing board.

Excellent service, room, and breakfast. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Tube. I am a big fan of Premier Inn, but this hotel is particularly good. I would definitely recommend it.

We found this hotel to be in an excellent location for the Underground, close enough to the centre and situated in a pleasant neighbourhood. The hotel itself was modern and well presented. Our room was very comfortable, with one large double bed. Both the breakfast and the meal we ordered in the evening were delicious. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would certainly stay here again when visiting London.

Another great Premier Inn. The location, a short walk from Belsize Park Tube, was ideal. It was also close to shops and some lovely cafes. Even though our room overlooked a petrol station, we didn’t get any noise from that (just the people in the room next door talking and playing videos all night but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Our room was very clean and, as always, the bed was comfy. My daughter and I had breakfast (as kids eat free with a paying adult) and it was delicious. The staff were really great, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay! The decor is absolutely stunning—modern and stylish throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We loved the all-day menu, which offered great variety at any hour, and the breakfast buffet was a real highlight with so many delicious options. Highly recommend!

I had really nice experience here. First staffs are really friendly and helpful and the place is unique not like other local burger shops. Secondly burgers are really delicious and prices are reasonable. The only thing is they would serve the burgers with portion of chips or any side. nevertheless i strongly recommend have a yummy Burger here.

We visited here for a late lunch and were seated promptly. The restaurant was rather empty, and the new decorations and decor are quite pleasing. The Scrabble tiles are a nice hipster touch, but I think all the GBK chains have this. The strawberry was great, if a bit thick, and the burger I had (The Don) was a little small for its £10 price tag.

I normally have good experiences at GBK restaurants, however on this occasion they dropped the ball several times. We were seated pretty quickly and it didn't seem too busy. I ordered food and drinks and then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our drinks. I could see my milkshake sat on the counter and the cooks rang the service bell multiples times but there only seemed to be one waiter (rushed off his feet). The manager even walked past it a few times but she didn't seem to want to take food and drinks to the table at that time. Eventually she gave in and brought it over.

The food arrived shortly after that however my burger wasn't cooked as requested (it was well done rather than medium-rare) and I had to wait for 10 minutes for the gravy (I got the new Christmas burger), by which point I was more than halfway through my meal. Thankfully as soon as we were finished we could leave, however after leaving I realised that I had been charged for my drink, fried and burger separately when they were supposed to be part of the bundle.

As I said to start I usually enjoy meals at GBK, but this really wasn't a good experience and I would recommend avoiding this branch.

My friends get tired of me always arranging to meet here. But it's my perfect, relaxed, laid back, comfortable place whether just coffee, cocktails or tapas. I have even celebrated birthdays here where the staff have been kind and attentive. Service can seem slow at times, but never personally found it a problem. Not been in for some time and only a star down as on last visit the cocktails had gone. I really hope they reconsider.

We popped in to grab a bite & a beer & was blown away at how gorgeous the food was. Each of the vegetarian tapas we ordered was so good we ignored how full we were feeling. A great place with great food and friendly staff that's perfect to sit and watch the world go by. Well Belsize Park anyway. We will be back with looser belts.

The food was reasonable, I would recommend the fried cod. We had the mixed paella which was a good portion size.

The service was quite rushed from 2 of the staff, perhaps because the place was busy for a Tuesday night. The young waitress was friendlier though. We decided to reflect this by offering two thirds of the 12.5% service charge.

The head waiter then came over and asked as why. I was honest and said the service was rushed and I didn't feel like a valued customer. He then started defending himself and the other colleague, which I understand. However, he did not truly apologise and was very reluctant to accept our slight criticism.

Overall, I would not return here, based on the service.

I have been going to Artigiano with my family every week for about 8 years. Food has always been excellent and very good value for money (I have seen other reviews stating that Artigiano is overpriced. I would have to disagree with this, especially considering the high quality and service and the prime location). The staff is very friendly and always welcome us and our two very active boys without any issues. This for me is an easy 5 stars.

Artigiano is located in Belsize Village a lovely residential section of Belsize Park, adjacent to a small square that includes local shops that give the area a cozy village feel. Artigiano features two floors and three tables next to large windows which are perfect in the summer months. Service is friendly, warm and professional with a true authentic Italian feel. The crowd was varied, ranging from couples, to families to single individuals. The menu is varied and focused on fish, meats and pasta providing a good variety of risotto dishes.

Having ordered the fried calamari as a starter and the linguine vongolo as a main the ingredients were fresh and the presentation stylish. Upon seating we were offered complementary bruchetta which was lovely with the oil served.

The overall bill for two starters, two mains, a side of spinach, a glass of wine and a bottle of sparkling water came too £68.00 which was a good price for the quality of the food and overall experience.

Living locally, was quite interested in visiting the restaurant to taste some Italian cuisine ! However my experience has been really disgusting. Hardly experienced such rude and pathetic behaviour in this part of London ! Had ordered for aubergine and tomato risotto for myself and halfway through I found a hair in my dish (!!!!)......On complaining i was told that the staff did not have long hair - insinuating that I had purposely put it !!! Can't believe that the staff can be so impolit! I am a food blogger and visit restaurants regularly ....am apalled by the behaviour. I would have loved to give '0' stars....but unfortunately there's no option. Definitely will not recommend a visit to this place.
