Great place to stay. Breakfast also really good

Excellent room - superior king. You get free mini bar with this.
Shower over 4 foot bath disappointing.

Great location for accessing west end and Kensington by bus.

Amazing hotel in a great location by Victoria Station. 
The inside and outside of the hotel was just incredible.
Breakfast was a disappointment, as we found the staff were not engaging.
We stayed at another London hotel and the experience was totally different.
We are now in Melaka Malaysia in another five star hotel  enjoying an incredible five star experience.
From our experience The Clermont London Victoria should become more friendly with their guests.

Our stay at your hotel truly exceeded expectations. From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the delightful surprise upon entering our room – spotless floors, fresh-smelling linens, and new tea bags thoughtfully placed on the small tea table by the window – every detail was incredibly touching.

Every day, housekeeping would quietly tidy up our belongings, replenish bottled water and snacks, and even carefully put away my earphones that I'd left on the corner of the desk. These past few days, we've felt as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home. You can feel the thoughtfulness in every aspect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and choose it again for my next visit.

The location is absolutely superb – right above the train and subway stations, so you don't have to walk an extra step when heading out. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains or exploring the city. There's an entrance on the first floor that leads directly down to the train and subway stations, which is super handy. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and if you walk further, you reach Sloan Square. The breakfast was very rich with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were also very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied.

During this stay, I also asked Trip.com's customer service to help resolve a minor issue, and their 24-hour service deeply touched my family and me. Thank you.

Hotel's location was the most important to me and it is very central with public transportation within minutes from hotel. I am thankful for feeling safe, and comfortable after the long day out and able to quickly return to hotel since it is connected to Victoria train station. Very nice architecture of the building and a beautiful and impressive hotel lobby. All the amenities are well stocked and high quality. It is costly for me to stay here but worth it for the peace of mind and proximity to transportation and attractions.

Check in was smooth. Hotel was in great location right next to the train station. The property is huge but only one lift working. And there’re also stairs after the lift, needs to be aware if you’re having big luggage. Good breakfast.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was small, however functional with good amenities. We had to have the air conditioner on almost all the time as it was too hot in the room without it. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower had good pressure. Hotel is conveniently located next to Victoria station which can get you almost everywhere. During our stay there was only one lift working in the hotel which proved challenging at busy times. Overall a grand hotel that I would come back to again.

Front desk guy was snobby, like I wasn't good enough to be there.  When we came back another gal for a lot nicer to us.

good size room. clean and well decorated hotel. literally right next to Victoria railway station. National express bus terminal is well within walking distance. tour bus stop is right in front of the hotel as well. good breakfast. highly recommended.
